I stayed 3 nights at MesaStila. The hotel was in a coffee plantation, beautifully built. The hotel ground was very well maintained. Each building had a history. The cottages were large and luxurious. The bathroom was very large with a step down bathtub with shower. The water for the shower was hot. There was a walkin closet and a separate toilet room. My cottage had a large balcony facing the jungle and mountain. The A/C worked well. There was a TV which I did not use. The beautiful restaurant had inside and outside sitting. The same menu was offered for both lunch and dunner. There was a different menu for breakfast. The pool looked nice. I did not get the chance to swim. The spa and hammam were very nice. There were free daily activities such as coffee plantation walk, yoga, cooking, etc… as well as cycling, hiking, walking activities that had a charge. I took the walk to the Royal bath with a guide. The activity was so well organized , totally beyond my expectations. Last but not least, the service from every department was outstanding, from marketing to reservation, to experiences/activities, to restaurant, spa and massage. There was not one area that did not perform to perfection. All my emails prior to arrival (over 2.5 years due to the pandemic ) were handled very promptly. The service that I received when I arrived till the day I checked out was outstanding, from everyone and every department. Thank you MesaStila for giving me a very memorable stay. I did not regret waiting for 2. years for the visit. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart.
