1. I had done the booking from the another site and asked for early check-in on that only but somehow there is no reply from the property side and in morning I got a call in morning (I don't want to mention name) asked me for check in timings I told I had asked for early check-in and will reach out by this time, after reaching there I was shocked and they ask me to sit back because that is not there check in timings and again team of front office is try to convince me that my checkin timings are. 2 O'clock I again explained to them that I had asked for early check-in and the same request has been put on the site from where I booked the but they again denied, not expected and full disappointed from this kind of negligence 2. The rooms were overpriced and also not comfortable as they are very old and definitely not comfortable in comparison with other hotels even the rooms of Holiday inn is better then it and lights in the rooms are disaster 3. The food is average but it's overpriced and again the dishes which I had ordered in chicken are hard and chewy and looked like they were cooked earlier and after I placed the order it was again cooked and served. 4. Of course hotel upkeep is not that much of good staff is definitely not friendly and I don't think so it's an property by IHCL
