The staff were great but the place could have used a cleaning. We moved the bed and it looked like the floors under it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We thought there would be a pool based on what we booked online but this location did not have one when we arrived. We also booked a room with two Queen beds and received two full. Not a deal breaker but not what we signed up for either. Overall not bad for the price and it was close to everything we wanted to do. I wouldn’t stay there again now knowing there are a lot more options

This was one of the worst motels I hav stayed in for the amount of money I paid for. Rundown place, first room heater/air didn’t work. Had to be relocated. The room was dirty, mirrors were dirty, the shower paint was peeling. Never seen that happen before. Coffee maker didn’t work, no coffee in the breakfast area, no juices, food was really bad, no pool, one elevator on opposite side of the building we were located on third floor. If this is how Wyndham properties r handled, I won’t be stay with u.

There was a putrid smell in that was unbearable. The toilet, sink ans floors were dirty. I just checked out of the property. There was no way I could sleep there. I wasted $300.

Incompetent desk help.
Had trouble understanding accent.
I checked out around 7 AM and asked where the free breakfast was, since it was advertised on Orbitz as being included.
The desk clerk replied that there would be no breakfast today because the people providing breakfast were not showing up because of bad weather.
WHAT?! The outdoor temperature was in the low 40s and the ground was wet due to light rain last night, but it was not raining this morning.
I am VERY disappointed in this hotel, MAKING LAME EXCUSES for not providing what was promised.
There was a lot of flooding in the parking lot due to lack of drainage/pavement not sloped, so you have to walk through puddles, getting your wheeled baggage wet.
Parking lot lighting is poor at best as well.
I will NOT be staying at this hotel again. Orbitz should remove it from their listings!
