Hotel al centro bourbon strategico nella norma,struttura un po’ datata ma non pessima

Room was a good size and well presented. But poor quality and intermittent internet and no fridge were annoying. Breakfast was well presented but a second coffee machine would have been good. Overall it was an ok stay.

Very tired and very basic and small rooms which were quite dark The lift was so old and noisy and the wooden doors to reception masked the exit so you never knew when to get off so often ended up in the basement The pictures were definitely not any of the rooms we stayed in – our rooms were damp, dingy, basic old furniture and in need of renovation The town of Piazza Amerina has very little for the tourist/traveller, and be warned its very hilly!! Wi-Fi only worked in the main reception and the breakfast room It was clean enough but looked unkempt rather than dirty, shower had no power to it and took a long while to get warm Quite noisy in the morning once traffic started – particularly motorbikes Staff were really polite and helpful Very cold concrete floors (bring slippers or flipflops) Breakfast was very basic, 2 juices, machin4 coffee, a few cakes and pastries, pots of sweetened yoghurts, minimal basic cheese ham Short drive to Villa Romana del Casale which was why our company select this hotel but really think better could be found in the area

In spite of previous statements from the management the wifi still does not work in the rooms. When I asked the desk clerk he had a very poor attitude and just repeated the password. Which is not helpful when the wifi does not work.

Our family spent a night here to tour the area. We loved this hotel. the staff was courteous and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety and quantity of food. They saved a parking spot for us, which was a big plus, since parking in Piazza Armerina isn't easy! If you want to visit Villa Romana del Casale or the Morgantina archaeological area, this is a great place to stay!

Allora intanto consiglio amplifon ai camerieri perché li dovevi chiamare 14 volte prime di ricevere attenzioni, cibo scarso e con contorno di peli, ambiente vecchio da modernizzare,ma almeno le camere sono ampie e pulite PS:quando mi dite dolce di casa non potete presentarvi il dolcetto baiocchi 😓

consiglio per i camerieri depilatevi prima di cucinare e nn vi arrabbiate se un cliente vi dice che c'è un pelo ..... mangiare pessimo dolce di casa nn si può chiamare un gelato confezionato pollo comprato cotoletta presa dal Mar nero un ****** di sale no hotel che sembra un comune HOTEL PESSIMO

Ospiti dell'Hotel con una comitiva di 30 persone in un itinerario organizzato dall'Associazione culturale Intervolumina di Messina, siamo rimasti tutti pienamente soddisfatti per il livello e la pulizia della struttura veramente confortevole, la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale, la qualità dei pasti (sia la cena che l'abbondante colazione). Un grazie particolare alla sorridente e disponibile signora Angela.

Nous avons été charmés par la gentillesse et l’accueil du personnel. Le rapport qualité prix et service est très bon. Sur les conseils de l’équipe nous avons découvert le centre historique, inattendu et riche… très bonnes glace sur la place principale Grazie mille
