Ik heb in heel mijn leven nog nooit zo’n slecht hotel gehad. De service was zo slecht en onaangenaam ze werkten allemaal tegen hun zin en waren onvriendelijk. Het eten die geserveerd werd was erger dan het eruit zag (zie foto’s). Ze serveerden iedere dag pasta als hoofdgerecht wat wel oke was maar het hoofdgerecht was elke dag frieten en ze waren niet gaar en koud. Het ontbijt was elke dag hetzelfde namelijk croissants of cornflakes + stokbrood dat iedere dag opnieuw super hard was. De kamers waten wel proper maar echt heel klein + het stapelbed zat zo los dat we de matras op de grond hebben gelegd omdat we het niet vertrouwden. De jacuzzi en het zwembad waren super vuil en leeg omdat de zomer nog niet was begonnen terwijl we de maand mei waren en het super warm was. De spa binnen is alleen voor de leerkrachten en willen de leerlingen er ook in moeten ze 25€ per uur betalen. Ik schrijf deze review zodat jullie niet dezelfde fout maken als wij door hier te verblijven.

nice hotel with a super location. Friendly staff and good food we spend a weekend there and I feel comfortable in suggesting this hotel to my friends

The rooms only had 3 plugs sockets and there was 5 of us. One of the plugs were behind the bunkbed which we shouldn’t think a plug would be behind a bed. The bunkbed was very unstable so we had to bus together all the beds so people could sleep at night. The food was horrible some people weee throwing up after eating the chicken which was raw in the centre. I don’t not recommend staying here.

i went here with school, i shared a room with 4 other people and one bed sank one bed for rock hard one bed was like a trampoline and the bunkbedmmatresses were fine. The bunk bed was very unstable and didnt have a ladder.Our walls were covered in marks and our curtains had stains on them.

Terrible Hotel, internet is terrible, doesn’t even work in the rooms. The elevator has mold in it. Not spacious and an abandoned building beside the hotel which makes sounds at night. Food is appalling and is microwaved and sticks to the plate. Also not cooked properly.

Our school tour spent 3 nights in this wonderful hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is comfortable, clean and the people who work there could not do enough for us. Fabulous views and very accessible to town centre. Mille Grazie

Went here on a school trip and I must say I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The room and bathroom were clean and bed comfy. The food was very basic but no one was ill. All in all for the money I would class it as very good.

I took a school group to Sorrento and stayed in this hotel. The hotel had received mixed reviews, so we weren't quite sure what to expect. Happily, the hotel was a lot better than what some of the reviews claimed. Whilst the bedrooms are basic and sometimes a little tired, they are clean and functional. The staff were excellent - very helpful and willing to do extra stuff when required. They provided lunches for pupils with additional dietary requirements, were good at catering for different dietary needs during breakfast and lunch and were pleasant and friendly throughout. There was definitely a family feel to the hotel. One pupil ended up watching the football with the hotel family, sharing their evening meal with them. They helped us with locating facilities nearby and helped contact the airport regarding lost luggage. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay there again. Thank you, everyone!

Came here with my school for a 3 night stay, Absolutely disgusting, food was awful and sickening, the rooms were in terrible condition and had not been cleaned. The bunk beds felt like they were going to fall every 2 seconds, and multiple people in the group said that the chicken dish was completely raw and uncooked. Don’t stay here
