Property is good, rooms are very dirty and damp. Very smelly rooms. Room Service is ok. Huge property. 3 swimming pools, towel service is ok. Water sleds are in bad condition Nice pet zoo for young one to explore with animals. Tiny play area for kids

Had the best time at Thavorn palm beach Karon.
Family trip 4 nights to explore Phuket before island hopping.
Location was perfect, right on the beach, no hills or hot tracks to the beach like other hotels nearby.
Also close to the action without being on top of it and still quiet enough at night.
A pizza bar, coffee shop and creamery attached to the hotel on top of the hotel restaurant, all can be charged to your room, something for everyone.
Pools are great, kids love the giant slide, pool bar is perfect for those hot humid days.
Staff are amazing the best kind of people, friendly, professional and very accommodating.
Hotel and rooms are modern, spacious, quiet and have great views well designed all round.
Will stay again next time in Thailand for sure!

Facilities are great for families..petting zoo, slides, amazing Karon beach opposite. However, their service leaves much to be desired..had to wait till 3pm for the room..room card didnt work..arrived early for breakfast as we were leaving for a tour and was told that we can only take bread..but another guest walks in and helps himself without staff stopping him..left a bad taste for me..check out was painful as well with a long queue..
Overall my kids really enjoyed..service wasnt up to mark for me

We had a lovely stay at this very family friendly hotel. All what i expected for family stay was done. Our son loved the petting zoo and enjoyed the playroom. Eddie was very friendly and helped us with our bags, a special thanks for him who really takes care of us. All of the staff were great - The 3 pools are big with lots of shallow areas too. I recommend this hotel for anyone who want to enjoy a family stay. Would love to come back!

Good clean and spacious rooms, great greenery around the hotel Territory. The breakfast ia good, and the water slides are fun. Right across the street from the beach, with 3 separate entrances.

Great hotel for family. My kids enjoyed the pool and it’s slides. Their petting zoo is amazing. The room design looked dated but still very comfortable. The garden within the hotel is huge and beautiful, the management did a great job balancing the lush greenery with amenities. Karon beach is just crossing a road. This is best beach in Phuket, with white powdery sand and Amazing sunset. I would choose this hotel again when I back in Phuket.

We had a great stay at the Thavorn Palm Beach Resort. We crossed the street to go to the beach each day. We spent our afternoons by the three pools enjoying food and drinks. You can walk north or south along the beach to find shops and restaurants, too. The staff members were all hospitable and kind. Special thanks to Eddie, Napa, JJ, Baw, and Beem for their excellent service during our trip.
