Hotel is very clean and stuff are really friendly. At the beginning I get coupon for massage which was really nice. Lack of elevator in a building is a small „-„ but anyway I could recommend.

What a great little spot, A short notice trip just picked here based upon other reviews and glad i did. Very clean . Perfect place to sleep, Breakfast was very good, couldnt ask for anything more for the price. Super friendly staff and a good location on Kata Rd

The staff here might be the nicest people ever. So incredibly accommodating with anything and everything. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of Kata. Breakfast was very good every morning and there was a nice selection to choose from. They also gave us free 1 hour massage vouchers for the spa next door which was fantastic. There was no laundry on-site despite what the listing said which was a little annoying. Also, if available, be sure to ask for a room facing west. It might be a little nosier from the road (not that bad), but they have private balconies as opposed to the east rooms that are all connected and lead to a fire escape. They were super understanding when we asked to move rooms and felt much more comfortable knowing that no one would be able to just walk by our balcony door. All in all, this is a great little boutique hotel that I would definitely recommend.

Excellent location

Una struttura che va ben oltre le aspettative. I gestori sono dei ragazzi gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, ci accoglievano con il sorriso ogni volta che tornavamo dalle nostre giornate fuori. La camera era perfetta e dotata di ogni comfort...pulita ogni giorno e approviggionata con acqua fresca in frigo. Se potessi dare 10 stelle anzichè 5 le darei senza pensarci due volte...se scegliete di alloggiare qui di certo non ve ne pentirete, per pulizia, comodità, ampiezza delle camere, colazione nel locale accanto (anche qui molto gentili e disponibili in tutto) e per la posizione in cui si trova, a due passi da tutto ciò di cui si necessita. Se dovessimo tornare di nuovo sicuramente sceglieremo di nuovo di dormire qui.

Lo staff piu' gentile che abbia mai trovato, la camera pulitissima, la colazione abbastanza varia e comunque abbondante e di qualità. La camera forse non molto grande se devo trovare un difetto, ma tutto perfetto anche la posizione a 10 minuti a piedi da Kata beach e a 15 dall'inizio di Karon.

На самом деле остались только положительные впечатления. Отель расположен в центре основной улицы, в ближайшей пешей доступности до большинства кафе. Уборка ежедневная, как и смена полотенец, есть пляжные полотенца. Чистота и отсутствие неприятных запахов. Для кого-то может стать проблемой отсутствие лифта и подъем на 3-4 этаж по узкой лестнице. Завтраки по меню, вкусно. Из недоработок- очень туго закрывалась дверь в ванную, кондиционер дул на кровать, завтраки с 8 утра (для Азии это поздно). Не сравнивайте отель с резортами, это размещение типа постель и завтрак за оптимальную цену.
