Alle medewerkers zijn aardig. De service is erg goed. Medewerkers worden gelijk behandeld Niet Thais of buitenlander Ik krijg de kans om nog eens terug te komen

Blijf niet hier in China. Ook al spreekt de receptie geen Chinees, zelfs het Engels is erg slecht. Toen ik incheckte, benadrukte ik ook dat we een kamer met uitzicht op de stad hadden. Ze lieten mijn mobiele telefoon niet achter en e-mailadres bij de receptie. De receptie maakte een fout en verplaatste zelfs de kamer zonder toestemming. Ze namen onze bagage mee. Normaal stopte iedereen waardevolle spullen, contant geld, paspoorten enz. in de kamer bij het inchecken. Maar ze zeiden dat het zo was in overeenstemming met hun crisisbeheersingsmethode en namen onze bagage zonder toestemming weg. Het was super slecht. Trouwens, ga niet naar Patong, Vietnam. Als je aan de kant blijft, is de kwaliteit van het hotel slecht, de kamers zijn ook slecht, en de houding is zelfs nog erger. Blijf daar alsjeblieft niet.

酒店不錯，馬路對面就是海灘，拐個彎走路10分鐘就是夜市，就是沒有電梯，還有要按金2000銖

The pros are the resort has a great location. Thre rooms are nice. The cons are there is no elevator and we were on the 5th floor which is actually like the 7th floor. However, the view from the 5th floor is beautiful. The stairways are narrow and there is no handrail on one side(not good for families traveling with small children) the front desk is not that accomodating especially after traveling many hours to get there. They also have a scam which I read about in another review . When you check out they will try to bill you for the mini bar. Make sure to take pics when you get to the room and when you leave. They get you for small stuff which you would just pay for but it's just not cool. When we got there there was only one coke in the fridge. When we left,they said there were 2 and we drank one. I showed them pics of the fridge when we checked in and when we left.they apologized but still think it's not cool. Also,they are only in the office till 12am. If you forget your key,you are out of luck and they lock the front doors.
