Very good I really like this place comfortable however many mosquitos

The hotel is old ,not clean and a lot of geckos in my room. Scary!!! I won’t go back again. Bad experience ever!

Everything is so nice and place is very cozy.

We have travelled to Thailand 8 times and have really enjoyed Thai’s helpful, friendly and hospitable nature a lot in the past, but not in this accommodation this time. In Centara Villas, the reception couldn’t help with things to do in Phuket, didn’t provide any info about the shuttle bus to their sister Centara hotel until I asked, couldn’t provide any information about the local public bus, just saying there isn’t any - but we did see the public smart bus running on the street multiple times. I asked for a knife in our room to cut passion fruit, the answer was no, as they don’t provide knife to any customer, this is really strange, we have travelled to over 70+ countries, not a single accommodation refuses to provide a knife to the guest. We booked a taxi from the reception to the airport, we were told it’s 1300 baht. It was a lot dearer than market price but it was going to be a luxury limousine taxi service from the hotel, not from the street. But what actually turned up was just a minibus! The reception lied about this taxi service. When we were checking in, someone was singing Karaoke in the restaurant area with really poor voice and poor but loud stereo system, it sounded terrible but we could still hear it in our bathroom till very late, it was so disharmonious with this quiet and private holiday resort. The hotel is built on a cliff, the room is nice, and so is the view into the ocean, but it’s really in the middle of nowhere, there is no shop or restaurant nearby, plus the hotel doesn’t provide shuttle bus to downtown area – only their sister resort which is similarly isolated. You can only hang around in the hotel, you can’t go anywhere without a car. Getting to or from our room required a difficult walk up a lot of stairs, and there was a similar walk down to the swimming pool. This place is only for people who are young and fit. We won’t come back here again.

good view, great service , excellent massage skills

這是一個非常驚喜的酒店，坐落在卡倫海灘北部，有一條小路可通卡倫海灘，不過小路標識不清，從酒店出去不要向右轉，一定直走就會到海灘，雖然有些崎嶇，右走的路很險，盡頭是礁石羣。 房間很有年代感，衞生間超大，洗漱用品布錯，她不現代但設施完備，布草一般國內小賓館水平，空調很老噪音大。但是風景太美了，遠眺卡倫海灘，藍天碧海 椰林颯颯，每個房間都是獨立的建築，私人小院，一屋一景，美的讓人心醉！ 服務中規中矩，從房間到前台需要突突車接送，早餐還可以吧，泰式奶茶好喝，綠色的泰奶也很好喝。泳池是我最不滿意的地方，肉眼可見的臟，蚊子較多，泳池管理上也不太用心。 出行衹能打車或自己開車，總之，不同於傳統酒店，這是一家有特色的酒店，如果想要舒適應該有更好的選擇，她很特別，你應該花一到二天的時間感受她！給疲憊的生活尋找一份寧靜的港灣。 她會有蟲之類的，不過我沒看到，我衹是被蚊子咬了，非常厲害的蚊子🦟

一共入住3個房間，我的房間沒有拖鞋，我的房間也不給打掃，打過N個電話，包括跟前台也説了需求，但是就是沒有拖鞋，一共住了3晚，房間衹給我打掃一晚。毛巾還少給，兄弟這個一千左右一晚的房間有這麼區別對待嗎，蚊子特別多，也沒有驅蚊香，很佛系的一個酒店，非常佛系，私密性還可以，説是海景也沒有完全的好視野，都有些樹噹噹，房間裏還出現了一衹壁虎和一衹大指頭那麼大的蟑螂。。。。。出入必須打車，一次大概300泰銖，還是挺貴的。帶孩子的慎選，吃個早餐樓梯都要喘大氣，早餐還是比較好吃的，景色也不錯，就是服務真的跟不上，去海灘邊還要走好一大段，還是面對海灘的最方便，叫個外賣都累死，還好衹住了三晚。 優點 衹有安靜，景色還行，早餐還行。
