Personeel was aangenaam in de omgang, ontbijt was goed, variëteit was repetitief. Swim-up Bar, goede cocktails. Onroerend goed heeft wat reparatie nodig, recente gedwongen sluitingen zijn de schuld. Kamer was schoon, airco geweldig. Locatie is 70 meter van Hard Rock Cafe en O-Top. Ver genoeg weg om geen lawaai te maken. Zal zeker weer verblijven.

Hotel is leuk. De lay-out van het zwembad is cool. Vrij dicht bij Bangla Walking Street en 7 - Eleven.

De locatie was geweldig direct naast otop, we hadden de kamers met toegang tot het zwembad die leuk waren. Vaak gedacht dat de netheid van lakens en handdoeken niet perfect was. Sommige hadden vlekken enz. En als je een kamer aan de zijkant van het gebouw tegen otop hebt, was het geluid behoorlijk hard. Maar het personeel was gelukkig blij om enkele andere vrienden van die kant van het gebouw te verhuizen. Het is een beetje verouderd in vergelijking met anderen in de omgeving, maar over het algemeen was het leuk genoeg

As stated above, hotel staff are kind and friendly as well as it is located close (5mins walk) to the beach and amenities.

Got put in a room in the front building. It’s like a dormitory, not welcoming, rooms are substandard, no balcony, extremely noisy, bin trucks come at 4:30am and are so loud, asked for an upgrade and was told fully booked yet online there showed plenty of rooms available. Grateful we only stayed 2 nights

I stayed here the third time. I booked this hotel in advance. Superior room. But It was so bad, when I opened the rooms door.. So, I asked on reception board to upgrade my room. The hotel supervisor explained me, that they can upgrade to Deluxe room, but I need to pay + 3200 bat for 4 days. It's definitely overpriced! So, I asked about discount. And she agreed for + 2000 bat for 4 days. Actually, it's a normal price that I can see on hotel apps. So, in general, I paid normal price for Deluxe room in this hotel. She just wanted to take more money from me in the beginning. That's a very big minus. Second. They told me, that for now they have just one Deluxe room with two beds. Because I wrote down before, I want one king size bed. So, I didn't have choice to choose. The third. The room was in really bad conditions. Bad smell. Electricity problems. A big piece of corrosive metal from the bathroom sink was just falling down to the floor)) Dirty towels, with some brown *****es on it .. The fourth. No sleepers. No toothpaste. Last time I stayed at this hotel 5 months ago, and they had sleepers, toothpaste, toothbrush. This time - Nothing!!! The fifth. Very noisy! And I'm not about the music from outdoors. I'm about, I can hear when the neighbors turned on their air-conditioner 🙃 And sure, no sound isolation at all)) The sixth. The cleaner or someone else stoled my candies, that laid down on the table))))) Thanks, they didn't touch money and documents. Will I stay here again? No, thank you 😁😁 This hotel really needs some renovations, because seems it will be destroyed by itself during few months))) And sure, this hotel needs more honest supervisor and workers, who will not stole guest's things from their rooms)) Hope, this information will help someone to choose the right place for staying in Phuket!

The attitude of staff is horrible, the staff is very impolite and keeps on making excuses and also they lie, you cant sleep until 3 or 4 am, as opposite the hotel is hard rock cafe which plays very loud music tiil 3 am and behind the hotel is also few hours which also plays very loud music, there are no amenities in room other than cheap shampoo, you nees to bring your own tooth brush and razor, the towels are worn down, shredded and have holes, if you go to reception to ask somethinf all they say is dont know or dont have, i saw a guest ask the staff to take a print, the staff said printer is broken, while the printer was working as the staff just printed my bill few seconds ago. the swimming pool had a dead lizard. the breakfast isnt good either, for tea and coffe they have instant coffee, not even a proper coffee, the only good thing about hotel is the swmimg pool, but again the attitide of the staff makes your holiday a mess. if you are going with small childrens try to avoid this hotel as they wont be able to rest. overall a very bad experience . picture attached of dead lizard in pool
