Fantastic hotel to stay. Highly recommended to stay this hotel if you ever come to Patong Town for a vacation. Room is spotless clean and the service provided by the staffs are superb.
Also this hotel has 4 pools, so you can enjoy the poolside activities to the fullest. Lastly, room is so spacious and breakfast has so much varieties to choose.

Doubletree Phuket was in a prime location for Patong Beach! We received a warm welcome (and not just from the warm cookies- which are delicious). The staff were friendly and helpful. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary there and the staff made a special point to cater to our every need and made our time special. We are so grateful to them. The hotel is beautiful, tranquil, and accessible. Our Pool Access room was great and we were well looked after. The room service was prompt and the food at the dining options is delicious and we loved the drinks. We will definitely stay again!

Very close to beach and Bangla road
Facilities are very old , bathroom shower not functioning correctly its like almost broken, no slippers provided , not really Hilton quality.. i think? 🤔
2000baht as deposit seems bit high , but released easily upon checkout.
Outdoor pool and pool bar was great , Happy hour 1+1 menus are must try.

Everything is good about the hotel except the reception is not air conditioned, slightly dated & not brightly lit at night. We had to walk quite far from the lift to our room. The bottled water which was given looked dirty & unhygienic so we bought bottled water throughout our stay. The toilet's shower & taps need some cleaning as they are dirty but overall is still good. Location is very convenient, with massage shop & barber just outside the hotel. 7-11, & plenty of food options within walking distance. The 2 nights stay was wonderful. It is also cheaper to book taxi from the street as it is cheaper compared to the hotel. Breakfast selection is good as well.
