Betaald voor een jaccuzie kamer maar geen 1 keer gebruikt. Geen warm water , koude jacuuzzi.
Paraplu kwijt direct 15 euro betaald.
2 dagen verbleven, geen room service
70 euro per dag maar niet genoten.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff! Near by Paton beach which was a plus point. Love the after party hours at patong bay hill. And lastly definitely the hotel food is amazing!

1st time in Thailand, while the hotel was located up a steep hill and away from the hustle and bustle, music was constantly blasting all day until 4am, which was annoying. Pools were not cleaned and constantly had trash in them and room toilet needed renovation. Housekeepers were good and friendly as were the porters who had to take us to our rooms. Probably 1 of the better hotels in Phuket, however not 5 star.

It was a wonderful and amazing trip for staying at Patong bay hill resort 2 nights. The staffs and receptionists were very nice and welcoming. They’re always smiling and greeting us when we meet. It made us feel comfortable to ask questions or any suggestion about attraction in Phuket

This hotel was great! I know there are a few negative reviews about service. However, we really enjoyed our stay. The shuttle buses to our room on the hill were 24 hours and they came within 5 minutes of our call. The hotel also offers shuttles to Patong beach which saved us a lot of money on transportation!

Hotel feels very dated and poorly designed. From the moment you walk into the lobby which is carpeted with AstroTurf, you feel like you are in a 2* motel.
The rooms are extremely far from the “reception” so you have to wait for a buggy to pick and drop you off each time. They try to charge a 2000B holding fee when you arrive, which I didn’t in cash have so had to leave my passport.
The rooms are honestly oversized for no good reason, the sofas are like cardboard coated with hard plastic.
Shower was only luke warm, I complained 3 times and the maintenance man came and claimed he repaired it only for me to endure another Luke warm shower.
Tbh, I came here expecting a relaxing getaway - in the end I had to book another hotel elsewhere and check out after 2 nights.
I’d very much avoid.
