We stayed only one night after a flight coming to Phuket. The complementary shuttle service picked us at the airport. Stuff was very friendly. We had a room with to beds. Near the hotel are some nice restaurants. We recommend „Sea u“ restaurant. We had coffee and free water.

It doesn't need further explanations.
We booked a family room with king and bunk beds. but we got a different room. Ok, i could understand it because we're so tired when arrived there in midnight. however the air conditioner had turned off in every 20mins automatically. And its sound is very noisy like thunderstorm in typoon. I asked help about that to reception but nothing change. so, could not sleep well. don't want recommend here to anybody.

Bs phuket hotel, very near to airport, just come out from airport turn left go straight walk around 5 minutes, no need to pay to the taxi, nice and friendly staff, some restaurant nearby and store for shopping ❤️

I arrived and they said they didn’t have a room for me because someone else had an accident and had to stay in the room longer. Shipped me to another hotel (Dee Mansion). It was pretty awful, dirty and rundown. No notification before hand, despite having contacted them in WhatsApp before.

Very Close to the beach
A standard hotel room for Thailand however, for relaxing in the hotel
There was nowhere to sit, no terrace seating area. I couldn't access the roof. There was a bench in the corridor with an ashtray. I only mention this as I liked the mood of the sofa outside photo in the description however this is now the moped rental.
Polite staff and fantastic when I missed my taxi in the morning, she called the driver and cleared it up no worries.
For a night waiting for the airport or just resting your head between day trips I'd definitely stay here again but hotel ambience is zero.
Lastly I believe if you put a toothbrush up as one of your main pics you should at least provide it

Очень приветливый персонал! Помогали при любой проблеме: помогли с багажом, организовали такси, предоставили посуду для еды. Хорошо: тихо, уютно, и душевно!

當時睡了後手腳起疹子。床單很臟，我想應該沒換洗過，怪我自己貪便宜吧，網上找的離機場近的，後面才知道這個店前面也有酒店，看起來環境還不錯，後悔啊，當時不能退，不然我都換酒店了，這要是在國內，早走了！服務態度還不錯的，前台接待和提行李的男士都還行。知道這個價位環境不會太好，但是得乾淨吧。
