KK Karon Kata Boutique Hotel

Ik heb in de top 5 hotels in Phuket verbleven, en deze is extreem kosteneffectief. De matras- en dekbedstoffen doen niet onder voor hotels met een eenheidsprijs van 500+. Behalve dat er geen fitnessruimte en ontbijtbuffet is (250 extra , niet de moeite waard) er is veel te doen. 250 is genoeg. Ik heb veel heerlijk eten gegeten. Broeders, je moet nog steeds aandacht besteden aan de kosteneffectiviteit.

Our least favorite (and most expensive) hotelstay during our one month trip. Cleaning is sub-par, bathroom had little bugs/flies running over the floor and sink throughout the week likely from the sewage. Also the floor was not vacuumed during our 1 week stay. Saving the 1-star terrible rating as it could have been worse, but definitely bad or “poor”. Location for this hotel is terrible, yes it is close to the beach but at a price. This hotel has 0 soundproofing, you hear everything on the main road till early in the morning. (To make sure you always here something the hotel has their own speakers with music attached directly to the walls nicely resonating into the room). Also the area is ONLY russians, any person who came to see a bit of Thailand i higlly advise not to go to this area. Let’s call the location “poor” because of this is what you look for you find it here. Service at the reception was medium, not bad but also not exceptional. At the rooftop bar it was worse, when asking to clean some mess left behind by others at a table we would like to sit we were told to clean ourselves. Let’s assume it was miscommunication but seemed otherwise. Amenities are average, nothing special, breakfast is small but okay. Except nothing special. For the price just not worth it, had more service for less at another hotel nearby.

The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for: clean, new, location. It is absolutely clean and well furnished. It has a swimming pool (not that big) on the rooftop which offer nice view at morning and for sunset. The location is really perfect, is it perfectly between Karon and Kata beach so you can walk to both. Karon beach is the nearest and the best for sunset (only a few minutes walking away). It's also near Kata restaurant and markets.

Nice hotel

入住的時候會讓填一張訊息表，按金2000泰銖，退房檢查無誤會退還，衞生還是比較好的，雖然分到了尾房，但是會比較僻靜，打開窗户能看到街道也蠻好看的。位置離卡塔海灘很近，有什麼需要問前台就好，真的可以幫助解決很多問題，附近100米處有24h洗衣店，從海灘回來可以順便放過去洗，一小時就ok啦，樓頂泳池有點小，但勝在可以欣賞一下普吉晚上的夜景，附近711也很方便。坐tutu車去卡倫還算方便，卡塔的浪不大，卡倫的水質比卡塔清海岸線長（也有可能是早上8點多去的原因），但是卡倫的浪會比較大，帶小朋友還是要多注意。

非常慶幸自己選擇了這家酒店，雙床套房太香了，二娃的特別方便。兩個屋子，一個屋子是很大的雙人床，另一個屋子是兩張單人床。地理位置也很好，距離卡塔，卡隆海灘都十分鐘走路就到。酒店早餐品種雖然少，但是味道不錯。頂層的游泳池yyds，能看到遠處的海景，太愜意了，真的是性價比極高。

房間很乾凈，住的很安心，前台很有禮貌，而且會主動幫忙拎行李，離沙灘很近，步行就能到，附近有711跟餐廳。
