Het hotel is goed maar niet super goed, het bed was lekker zacht alleen andere dingen waren niet top top

Just in Phuket for few days attending conference at university 800m 15 minutes walk
The room is clean and comfortable if you don’t mind a firm bed
Few places to eat toward the university

This is not the 1st time staying here my 4th time and very happy staff so nice and kindness I really recommend.

The group reported the hotel to be quite run down and in need of renovation. Reception apathetic. Could be improved for a B2 Hotel (@pichai)

The room was stinky, I couldn't bear to walk on that sticky floor. Feel disgusting on its smell of toilet when firstly entering the room. I had only a night staying here and won't recommend others to come. That's terrible.

The Guest House is located 20 mins walk from Phuket Old Town. It is a big plus. But the beaches are very far away. About 30 mins drive. The triple room has a fridge, conditioner, TV, kettle. There is a small shower, a small toilet. The view is on the dirty river. The Wi-Fi has a poor signal.
