The hotel is a bit old, the bedsheets are stained, the worst thing is the air conditioning is not cold at all, after change to new room, can you imagine a light in the middle of the bed in the king room and The door lock is broken !! How to sleep? Is IHG so bad? Disappointed!

i have booked 5 rooms. The hotel is a bit old, the bedsheets are stained, the worst thing is the air conditioning is not cold at all, the hotel is full, only fans are provided, can you imagine a light in the middle of the bed in the king room? How to sleep? Is IHG so bad? Disappointed!

I love how close it is to the Patong beach which is just less than 3 minutes walk from the lobby. I would like to thank the very accommodating front desk lady who assisted us for our checking in and has asked how our day was whenever she sees us late in the evening as she works for the late night shift. The pool looks great, for its price and room size and proximity to the beach and other important areas around patong it is really a bang for the buck!! I would still book here however they may need to adjust the temperature of their AC as it was just around 25 while outside temperature specially at night is just around 27, lowering the temp to at least 23 or 22 would somehow make sleeping more comfortable and returning to the hotel after a tour around the humid weather would be much better ! Again kindly at least LOWER THE TEMPERATURE OF THE AC to 22-23! Beyond that the rest is okay!

The service was great! We were standing here for a couple days. We got excellent breakfast, open swimming pool and great view on internal park area
I think staying here for a next trip ❤️

I booked this hotel for 6 days and I extended for another and booked it here. I might say my whole week of stay here is amazing. People are so nice, breakfast is great. Rooms are cozy and is always clean everyday. The location is the best because it was at the center of Patong. I enjoyed my whole stay here and I would like to thank the staff especially Furby for being so nice and warm.
