酒店景色很美，但是受眾羣體比較受限。喜歡貼近大自然和原生態的人會很喜歡，如果是跟我一樣怕蟲子的，我真的不建議。這個跟酒店本身沒有關係，衹是個人喜好問題。我是一邊陽光下遠眺海景真的美的沒話説，一邊十步一蟲子也真的很崩潰。毛毛蟲，蜈蚣，還有其他沒見過的軟體爬行動物，還在自己別墅的樹叢裏看到了一條小花蛇。。。不知道是雨季的關係還是全年都這樣。 酒店好的地方除了景美，別墅有個桑拿房很爽，游完泳蒸一個桑拿超級放鬆～ 還有早餐很豐盛，味道不錯，6點半到11點時長也夠，還有給你自己配雞尾酒的桌子，可以自己動手調一杯小酒喝喝。酒吧Happy Hour買一送一價格挺划算，但是入住的時候衹説了9-11點是雞尾酒的happy hour，後來發現7-9點也是，而且是純酒，不喜歡雞尾酒的我們差點錯過。 槽點很多。。。房間衹有卧室有空調，洗手間浴室和放行李的地方全部沒有空調，並且沒有玻璃窗，全是紗窗，所以你想讓卧室空調冷氣漏點過去都不行。我們好在雨季去，雖然濕噠噠的，但是不熱，我都不敢想象天熱的時候上廁所得是一件多麼痛苦的事。。。因為沒有玻璃窗，下雨刮風會把行李或者浴巾還有廁紙澆濕。紗窗和木門有的關不緊，鎖不上，或者縫隙特別大，所以外面的蟲子會爬進來，這導致我每次上廁所和洗澡都得先觀察一下。可愛的浴缸在室外，所以蟲子…你懂的。酒店打掃衞生不行，我們入住3晚外面浴缸從來沒有人打掃過，旁邊全是落葉和蟲子，這也是為什麼我桑拿但是不泡澡的原因。拖鞋都穿破了也不提供新的，破爛沾滿泥水的拖鞋每天都整齊的放在牆邊，但是沒有人覺得是時候給雙新的了。。。第2天白天打掃完，發現杯子少了一個，浴袍也少了一件，最後是打電話去要才補上。同時要的一桶冰直到最後也沒送來。 最後我要説一下關於酒店接待的員工。我在check in的時候就跟她説，我們希望能有一間景色好一些的海景房，她回答我of course。我們入住以後發現是61號房，就在早餐屋的後面，入眼全是屋頂和早餐屋後面的臟亂以及公共泳池，還有極大的油煙和咖喱味。我覺得你們有沒有滿足我要求的房間暫且不論，但是我提出的要求你要聽見。你的of course是敷衍，是懶怠，是沒有聽到顧客的訴求。這樣的服務達不到奢華酒店的標準。我們比較滿意的是帶我們入住的姑娘，態度非常好，並且幫我們申請了更私密景色更好的房間，挽回了一些酒店形象。 附上酒店地圖，也許可以提前看看你喜歡的酒店房間。

I have to say this resort is another level. We love the resort, love the services love the good food! 2D1N is not enough, def will stay another few more night next time!

The food was incredible. Massage was a highlight too. Activities could have been offered better (e.g travel to other islands, snorkelling etc)

Great little hideaway in Phuket but if you have kids you may want to consider living on the main island .

服務非常一般.達不到這個酒店價格的檔次.不知道是不是五一期間太多人了.居然沒給開夜床.很少住3500+的酒店沒這個服務的.退房的時候給前台説了，她還問是不是設了請勿打擾.根本就不是.反正就是跟的不足.提前備註了是過生日.甚至是護照上的同一生日日期也一點表示都沒有.退房的時候一問，又説一般都有準備蛋糕的.可能他們忘了. 設施的話因為泰國實在太熱了.島上三家餐廳衹有1家是室內有空調的.中午簡直受不了. 總之不值得專門去.上島出島太轉折了.

首先島上的環境是不錯的，人少，海灘很乾凈，幾家餐廳也都符合口味，晚上泳池邊會有駐唱，上島儀式是有的，氛圍很到位，適合情侶出行。 但是房間衞生一般，馬桶間、洗漱間、沖涼房是沒有空調的，這個氣温實在折磨。洗澡水是海水加熱的，有鹹味，洗完身體也是滑滑的（沒有擦防曬）。mini bar是收費的，送的玻璃瓶飲用水有一股臭味，所以那幾天都拿來刷牙用了，喝水是跟酒店買的依雲。 最重要的是島上個別服務人員存在歧視華人，媚白，對中國人就變臉，我們換房間遺漏了充電線在房內，酒店竟然不歸還了，説是沒看到，這是從來沒遇到過的。

有點低於期待。 房間設施：最棒的是床品；有點無語的是淋浴下水緩慢，水龍頭的水是鹹的。 游泳池：最佳體驗之一，就在海邊，還看到樹上的花咚的一下落到水裡。 餐廳：極度拉垮。吃了島上最佳的2家餐廳。價格相對合理，但就吃到一個菜還算好吃。 活動：看上去很多，但仔細看看其實沒什麼。最佳的是騎車去village，那邊的碼頭看到很多魚吃水母。皮划艇要看海面情況，教練在不在，不是每天都有的。落日儀式也是有點對付，就是點個蠟燭，吃的東西很少。 總之感覺這裏像是西方化的度假村，沒太多泰式風情。
