Het is klote, het management weet niet hoe te overleven. Het personeel bij de receptie is het slechtst. Alles is 0,5. Hoe kun je geen 5 sterren geven?

Het personeel van de balie in Wiangveen werkt langzaam.
Spreek slecht en beïnvloed de stemming van bijna elke klant.
De huishoudster en chauffeur spreken goed en leveren goede service.
De kamer is schoon, de airconditioner is koel en sappig, ik zou de bundel willen aanpassen, de service is verschrikkelijk.
Ik ben er niet, laten we het hier beëindigen.

Een beetje verbaasd hoe deze plek hoog gewaardeerd wordt. Wij waren er om 13.00 uur en de kamer was nog niet klaar, wat oké was omdat we vroeg waren. Ik maakte een wandeling door de omgeving en keerde om 220 uur terug, maar slaagde er pas in om in te checken om 315 uur, wat meer dan een uur na de inchecktijd was. We waren muggen aan het voeren terwijl we daar zaten. Na het inchecken nog eens 10 minuten gewacht op de shuttlebuggy. Werd naar onze kamer gebracht en het lijkt niet echt op de foto's. De vloer was stoffig en poederachtig. Balkon met uitzicht op de gangen aan de andere kant. En de meeste kamers werden gerenoveerd. Verklaart de stoffige vloeren. De geur van verse verf uit andere kamers en het boren was hoorbaar. Alleen het uitzicht vanuit het restaurant maakt de andere ruimtes goed die ontbraken. Ontbijt was goed, beter dan verwacht, maar in andere aspecten is het allemaal onder de verwachtingen.

Locatie middelmatig moet nog steeds een motor of taxi huren om naar het strand van Patong en de wandelstraat te gaan, dichtbij 7 Eleven en massagesalon en restaurants, maar zeer minimaal. (Is niet slecht tbh)
Eerlijk gezegd ziet het hotel er op de foto mooi uit, maar als je de kamer krijgt, niet erg goed onderhouden, vlekken op lakens en aanrechtbladen van bloed. Enkele kleine mieren rond het aanrechtblad. Foto's kunnen bedriegen.
De inchecktijd was om 14.00 uur, maar wachtte om 15.30 uur vanwege gebrek aan personeel om de kamers schoon te maken.
Sommige medewerkers waren een beetje onbeleefd en onze kaart stopte met werken en vroeg om een nieuwe kaart, wachtte 30 minuten om een nieuwe kamersleutel te krijgen.
Over het algemeen is een kamer met zeezicht het geld niet waard. Je moet nog steeds een eind lopen om bij de lobby te komen en te wachten tot de vrachtwagentaxi je uit je gebied brengt waar je kamer zich bevindt.
Eén keer daar verblijven is genoeg voor de ervaring van het hotel.
Ik hoop dat mijn feedback je helpt tijdens je reis.

In a word “RUN”! As fast as you can. This place has Zero customer service. I had to wait 3 hours to check in, even though their checking time states 2pm, we could only check in by 5pm on the day. Their food is horrible! I swear, I could throw a hole in the ground with the chicken wings they served me! What’s worse is that you will not get a refund for this place if you checkout early, and trip.com customer service can do nothing, even if you’re a diamond tier member. Avoid this place at all costs! Save yourself the trouble and the drama.
Note: the rooms are not as advertised on trip.com. The space has amazing potential, but never have I ever encountered such rude people in the service industry.

I’ve booked via for 2 people and I already called to reservation to add an extra person with include extra bed and breakfast. They are accepted my requests and I can pay direct for extra cost at the hotel. I arrived to the hotel and did checked in at 23:00hrs. They said I have to wait the room as they were not assign my room yet. We have waited for room around 1 hrs at lobby. Finally, we reached the room at midnight and we were very surprised that no extra bed setup in our room. We are very tired and we called to reception and they said a few minute then hangup the phone!!!! Finally they arrive 00:25AM but it’s too late for us so we are very tired for long drive and we slept in one bed for 3 pax.
Moreover as we slept late last night we went to the breakfast at 10:00hrs. Luckily, we still have time 30 minute to enjoy breakfast. When we arrived at the restaurant nobody escort us to a table or even find some free table for us but that’s fine we can took care ourselves. Then we were surprised again when we asked some favor to staff. All we are know the breakfast finish at 10:30 but just 5 mins later 10:35 I asked for refill water in my tiny breakfast glass but staff said can order at the bar!! What is the hell here!!! Everything in buffet line was clean even water. At 10:35hrs. I just asking for some more water but their staff refuse to service me, he said it’s no more I have to order from the bar which additional charge. It not make sense

It was a good experience in general, but it was not the same as the pictures. The lobby is very hot. There is no air conditioning. I advise you to come at check-in or a little before because you will be waiting in the very hot lobby. It is 30 minutes away from Bangla Street. The road is good but a little dark.... but swimming and the view are wonderful. Try to get a room in Building 4, the view is better... In general, the experience is very good... It would have been better if they had added a frequency transfer to Bangla Street
