Het hotel heeft ruime kamers voor de prijs. Er zijn complete voorzieningen. Helaas, niet voor het strand, een beetje het steegje in, het receptiepersoneel is vrij traag, maar spreekt goed.

Ik bestelde speciaal een duurder kamertype en het resultaat was op de t****e verdieping. Zodra ik de deur binnenkwam, was er een vochtige geur van het zwembad. Er was een beetje uitzicht op zee, maar het was ook geblokkeerd. Als de kamer was op de 4e - 5e verdieping, het uitzicht zou heel goed zijn.
De hygiëne op de eerste dag was slecht en er was vuile was achtergelaten door de vorige gast.
De lift voor de logeerkamer is erg klein.
Tijdens de epidemie was de omgeving erg depressief, de relatief recente 711 ging dicht en er was er nog een verder weg.
Het ontbijt is niet slecht, zowel Chinees als Westers Thais, maar ik ben het zat om het op de derde dag te eten.
Roomservice bestellen is niet goedkoop, een 380, het bedrag is erg klein! Voor dezelfde prijs zijn er vier afhaalmaaltijden te bestellen.

Pluspunten: de locatie is geweldig net naast het Karon-strand, er is een geweldige strandbar in de buurt om van de zonsondergang te genieten. De receptie is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Nadelen: het hotel is vrij klein, de faciliteit voldoet zeker niet aan een vijfsterrenstandaard, het uitzicht op zee is gedeeltelijk geblokkeerd door een verlaten stadion waardoor het uitzicht echt moeilijk was om van te genieten. De kamer is erg dam en heeft een natte geur, en er is slechts één enkele oplaadaansluiting in de hele kamer. Toch is het slecht ontworpen, zodra de hoofdschakelaar voor de kamerverlichting is uitgeschakeld, komt er geen stroom meer op het stopcontact.

Our stay here was great. The facilities were top notch and the staff was very welcoming, helpful and hardworking. The location is good too. Everything in Phuket seems far away because of the traffic but the beach was in walking distance from the hotel which was great. The only thing we suggest is telling the customer upon checking that if the deposit is done by card the money would be returned in about two weeks, we recommend paying the deposit/guarantee in cash. Other than that everything is great. We had a great stay at Avista Grande. We will definitely stay there again!

Had an amazing experience in this hotel. The staff was incredible helpful, rooms was clean and comfortable. Booked the sea view room with pool access 👍🏻 Amenities were fantastic and food was delicious. Definitely stay here again

Very good experience to stay here. Room is good condition and service is more than expected. Their breakfast is very good. And one more highlight is their kids zone and swimming pool.

The villas were very nice and roomy. Everything needed was provided. The service was great as everyone was welcoming and kind. The resort is located very close to the beach. I will come again!

Location is not very convenient if you wanna go to downtown Phuket. Service could be more welcoming. Breakfast was overall nice but the last day we found the chicken was not well cooked and still red inside. They simply apologized but we saw nothing further was done.
