We hebben onlangs een heerlijke familievakantie gehad in het Pullman Hotel in Phu Quoc, en het was een heerlijke ervaring! Het hotel is perfect voor gezinnen en biedt een gastvrije sfeer en uitstekende service, waardoor ons verblijf zeer aangenaam was. Een van de hoogtepunten was het ontbijt en diner. Elke ochtend werden we getrakteerd op een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet met een ruime keuze, geschikt voor zowel volwassenen als kinderen. De diners waren al even indrukwekkend, met een scala aan gerechten die ieders smaakpapillen tevreden stelden. De eetervaring was een hoogtepunt van ons verblijf! Het hotelpersoneel bood goede service, was altijd attent en stond klaar om te helpen met al onze verzoeken. Hun vriendelijkheid zorgde ervoor dat we ons meteen thuis voelden en ze deden er alles aan om ons gezin een onvergetelijk verblijf te bezorgen. Hoewel onze ervaring fantastisch was, is er wel wat ruimte voor verbetering in het hotel. Een paar dingen zouden wel een opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken om de algehele ervaring te verbeteren, maar dit heeft ons plezier niet significant verminderd. Al met al raad ik het Pullman Hotel van harte aan voor gezinnen die op zoek zijn naar een ontspannen vakantie in Phu Quoc. Met heerlijk eten, attente service en gezinsvriendelijke voorzieningen is dit een geweldige keuze voor het creëren van blijvende herinneringen!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Een fantastisch verblijf in Radisson Blu Phu Quoc – Gewoonweg perfect! Vanaf het allereerste moment waren we overweldigd door de warmte en vriendelijkheid van het hele team. We willen Alex bij de receptie in het bijzonder noemen – ze was ongelooflijk professioneel, attent en vriendelijk. Ze nam ruim de tijd om al onze vragen te beantwoorden en zorgde ervoor dat aan al onze verzoeken werd voldaan. Haar positieve energie en uitstekende Engels maakten ons verblijf echt bijzonder. Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we eerst een klein probleem met de roomservice – we probeerden via de app te bestellen, maar toen werkte de telefoon niet, en op de een of andere manier bestelden we uiteindelijk twee keer. Maar wederom was de service uitstekend: Robert, de manager, loste de situatie persoonlijk op, liet ons zien hoe we de app correct moesten gebruiken en zorgde ervoor dat het telefoonprobleem direct werd opgelost. Het werd snel, professioneel en met een grote glimlach afgehandeld – echt indrukwekkend! We vierden onze trouwdag in het Radisson Blu, en het voelde echt als een droom die uitkwam. Het hele resort is brandschoon, prachtig onderhouden en alles verloopt zo soepel. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitstekend met een enorme keuze, en het strand wordt zeer schoon gehouden met voldoende comfortabele ligbedden. We waardeerden ook de handige pendeldiensten rondom het resort enorm. Het Radisson Blu Phu Quoc combineert luxe met een warme, familiaire sfeer. Je voelt je er op elk moment oprecht welkom, gewaardeerd en verzorgd. We kunnen dit hotel van harte aan iedereen aanbevelen – of het nu voor een speciale gelegenheid is of gewoon om te ontspannen en nieuwe energie op te doen. Een grote dank aan het hele team – en in het bijzonder aan Alex en Robert voor hun uitstekende service en vriendelijkheid. 🌺

Aaneengesloten nachten voor één persoon vanaf zondag 17 maart 2024. Ik ben al een tijdje geïnteresseerd in Phu Quoc Island, en aangezien ik in maart een vrije dag had, besloot ik daarheen te gaan. Omdat ik van Koreaans eten houd, heb ik voor Korean Air gekozen, dat directe vluchten vanuit Incheon heeft, zodat ik een nacht in Korea kon doorbrengen. Ik arriveerde rond 20.00 uur in Phu Quoc, dus ik stuurde van tevoren een e-mail met het verzoek om opgehaald te worden bij het hotel. Omdat de andere groep behalve ik niet kwam, hadden we een privétransfer. Het inchecken werd beleefd afgehandeld door een jonge mannelijke medewerker (we communiceerden met elkaar in eenvoudig Engels). Ik kreeg een welkomstdrankje aangeboden, maar ik wilde vroeg naar mijn kamer, dus ging ik meteen naar mijn kamer. De kamer was een mooie kamer die er niet uitzag als een man van begin vijftig (lol). Het was een kamer met uitzicht op de stad, maar ik kon ontspannen. Het staat bekend om zijn prachtige zonsondergangen, dus we namen de tijd om vanaf het zwembad van de zonsondergang te genieten. Het zwembad was klein, maar ik vond het leuk omdat het voelde als [HET resort]. Er is een privéstrand voor het zwembad, maar er zijn veel rotsachtige gebieden, dus ik denk niet dat het geschikt is om te zwemmen. Ontbijt was geweldig. Er was ook een eierstation en een noedelstation, en we aten verschillende dingen en ze waren heerlijk. *Brood kan normaal zijn. I’m writing this detailed review so other families know exactly what to expect before booking. To be fair, most of the staff at Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc were genuinely lovely. The majority were warm, polite and tried their best. However, the issues we experienced throughout our stay were far more serious than what you would ever expect from a resort marketed as 5 star. Our problems started from the moment we arrived. The two receptionists who checked us in were unfriendly, unwelcoming and offered no basic hospitality. We were not allowed to check in 25 minutes early, which was fine, but when 2 pm came and we were given our key, the villa door didn’t work because the electronic lock battery had run out. Once we finally got inside, we discovered multiple issues: • Three of the TVs did not work • The kids’ safari room wasn’t set up • The kids’ room was boiling hot, which is extremely unsafe for a 2 and 4 year old • Star lights were missing • None of the lamps worked • The toilet seat was broken • Guest slippers were missing • The toy dogs provided in the kids’ safari room were stained, which is unacceptable for young children These problems alone would have resulted in an immediate room change or compensation at any true 5 star property. Here, nothing of that sort was offered. Next issue: the kitchen. The villa is advertised as having a kitchen, but it was completely empty. There were only three cups for a family of five, no microwave and no way to heat food. Guests are told they must pay a hire fee if they want to use utensils, cutlery or proper crockery. I have never encountered this policy anywhere in the world — you pay for a villa with a kitchen but must pay extra to actually use it. On our third day, we were locked out of our villa for half an hour with two toddlers being bitten by mosquitoes because the door battery “ran out” again. Completely unacceptable for a resort at this price point. That night, when we asked to have food (purchased from Vinpearl’s own restaurant) heated for our children, we were again told about the cutlery hire fee and were repeatedly questioned about the food even though it was in clearly labeled Vinpearl packaging. To finish the trip, the resort bus to the airport smelled strongly of vomit, which was unpleasant and unhygienic. While the manager and several staff members were polite and tried to help, these systemic issues — poor maintenance, lack of basic amenities, hygiene concerns and unreasonable policies — made our experience extremely disappointing. For families considering this resort: Be aware that the kitchen is empty, you will be charged to use utensils, and you may encounter multiple maintenance problems. These are not small oversights — they affected our stay every single day. Unfortunately, this resort did not deliver anywhere near a 5 star experience, and we would not book here again.

Een goed hotel, zeker een 4 plus. De schoonmaak is normaal, het ontbijt is ook niet slecht, met voldoende keuze. Soms moest ik wachten op een vrije tafel, maar het is een groot hotel, er zijn veel mensen, dus ik heb eigenlijk geen klachten. Het terrein is goed onderhouden en er zijn buggy's aanwezig die u overal naartoe brengen, ook naar de uitgang. Het zwembad is ideaal om in te zwemmen. Het is lekker lang, maar wel een beetje ondiep. Er waren altijd gratis ligbedden. De situatie met ligstoelen op het strand is nog erger, maar ik heb het op de een of andere manier gered)). Het strand is uitstekend. Het nadeel is dat er buiten het gebied helemaal niets te doen is. Je kunt nergens echt wandelen, er is alleen een snelweg. Bijna tegenover de uitgang aan de overkant van de weg is de halte van de gratis 17 bus naar Grand World, ik ging er elke avond heen om te wandelen. Nu ben ik dichter bij het zuiden van het eiland verhuisd, naar een ander hotel, ik heb er een beetje spijt van, ik vond het Movenpick leuker. Ik kom graag nog een keer terug bij jullie.

It is not surprising that suddenly reconstruction and equipment for a new tourist facility (hotel, shop, restaurant, etc.) can begin in neighboring buildings, but we must pay tribute to the fact that the silence regime is still observed. This is Saturday and Sunday, a complete ban, repairs are possible only from 8:00 to 11:00 from 13:00 to 17:00. HL Melody in the neighboring block is completing reconstruction for its own apartments, that is, it is expanding its offer. It is said that everything will be finished by March 2026. But I repeat, it's everywhere on the island and on Khem in particular. If you think that hotels such as La Grotta, All Sand, Paralia, ANN and others of this class of hotels will be better, then you are mistaken. Construction and reconstruction are going on everywhere. Unlike these hotels, the location of HL is much better, far from the noise of the crowd of vacationers, the noise of passing cars and bikes. Khem Beach is a 10-minute slow walk away. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more.
