The villa itself was nice but check in with the staff was horrible. There was only a lady that spoke Korean and Vietnamnese. Her information was incorrect and she could t answer any question. So we had to wait for the next day for the correct information after asking a staff that spoke English. And breakfast was very crowded and understaffed. We had to wait for tables every morning. Selection of food was alright and some items were tasty, nothing spectacular but fair tasting. If you just wanna relax and stay not close to the beach it is fine but there are better options in this area.

We had wonderful time in beautiful place in Pu Quoc.
Very private, safe and comfortable place.
Staff are very kind and nice.
A bit far away from the main city.

a very beautiful newly built resort located in Pearl Island Phu Quoc. About 10km south of Phu Quoc International Airport, Sailing Signature is an ideal vacation spot for families and groups of friends. It is very close to the long beach, from here you can watch the super romantic sunset. Comfortable accommodation, clean, friendly staff. Well experience!

인테리어. 편의시설. 불쇼. 마사지. 다양한 음료. 음식. 프라이빗 풀. 무엇보다 직원들의 친절함.
다 좋았습니다. 단 한가지를 제외하고요.
식당에서 에어컨을 가동하지 않습니다. 아침 부터 불편한 식사를 해야 합니다. 외부로 오픈되어 있다 보니 파리가 돌아다닙니다. 투숙객 뿐 아니라 일하는 스탭들도 힘들것 같습니다. 뭔가 이유가 있겠지만 좋은 시설과 경험이 냉방 하나로 평가 절하 되는 것이 아쉽네요.
단점이 개선된다면 재방문 의사가 있습니다.
리조트 스탭들 덕분에 즐거운 기억을 남기고 갑니다.

比對了很久才下單這家酒店
一進門就感覺很鬆弛，三四個工作人員來幫忙取行李。辦理完入住，接待就讓我們坐下來，馬上送來歡迎飲料，口味很像酸梅汁，本來是要下午三點入住的，酒店協調能力相當可以，提前到2點就讓我們入住了。我們定的是北極星3卧別墅，一樓是廚房、公共衞生間、洗衣房、下沉式客廳。廚房裡有洗碗機是出乎我意料的，可以買菜回來做菜，鍋碗瓢盆刀板爐都有，院子泳池都配套齊全。二樓有2個大床房和一個雙床標間，默認入住6人，所以早餐是6份的。最齣戲的是浴室，開了個天窗，借用自然光，更讓人接近大自然。第一天入住就送了一罐小餅乾，早餐不能説很豐盛，但就餐環境可以加分，去沙灘略有些不變，需要接駁車來回接送。

프라이빗 하고 룸마다 화장실도 있고 서비스도 짱좋아요 근데 방마다 에어컨이 별로 안시원해요 리셉션에 요청하면 빨래 세제도 줍니다 !
