One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed.
The quality of services, amenities, food, and the villas are incredible!
Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a top of the top hotel. It’s a truly gem of Vietnam.

Beautiful location, nice villas with great privacy and comfort. Also service is pretty effective, buggy to go around always arrive very fast. Food offer is above average and enough variety not to get bored even for more than a week stay, like ours.

This is very great place and there are some facilities that we could try such as bikes and biatong. If I have a chance to visit here again. I am sure to visit again.

Lovely service and accommodation. Resort itself needs more facilitates. Restaurant needs substantial improvement for the price. Pool area and private beach is exceptional but beach bar was not open during my stay. However staffs were all lovely and polite.

서비스라고 할거도 없어요. 이틀 묵었는데 청소는 2틀에 한번이라 ㅎ 버기 부르면 바로 오고 친절합니다. ㅎ 근데 식당이 조식당 1개, 디너 1곳이고, 조식도 별로 먹을게 없어요 흔한 망고도 없이 맛없는 과일뿐. 디너식당은 대따 비싸서 둘째날저녁은 선셋타운 가서 먹었습니다. 키스오브더씨 무료 로 본건 진~~짜 좋았습니다. 대부분 한국가족들이 많아서 부산 해운대 놀러온줄요. 조용한 휴양을 원하시면 대형리조트는 피하세요

設施：高級泳池別墅 兩層樓三居室 大客廳廚房獨立泳池 設施完備
環境：大海灣大沙灘，白沙細膩，但海水臟到不想下海，可能大風天的關係吧，沖來不少垃圾。
服務：標準度假村配置，獨棟別墅是亮點，room service做得很到位，酒店餐飲也不錯（早餐人太多，服務跟不上）

2024/2/20~2024/2/22入住此飯店的，非常非常喜歡他的房間格局，雖然在同一個空間裡頭，但是都有獨立的房間可以保有私人領域，如果像要跟朋友聚聚在到客廳or飯廳一起吃東西聊天，很適合多人家族入住；園區內很適合散步，最最厲害的就是他的泳池跟沙灘，美到非常非常的誇張，住了北島的以及中部的飯店，真的南島的海灘最為漂亮，相當推薦台灣的朋友們可以選擇此間飯店喔

酒店位於富國島的南部，離跨海纜車所在的sunset town很近，酒店提供接駁班車，附近有個富國島監獄也可以參觀一下，但離北部的珍珠樂園和動物園就比較遠了，車程要40到50分鐘。
訂的甄選別墅，面積還比較大，樓上樓下三間房住一家人完全沒問題，自帶的小泳池可以先熱個身，二樓的淋浴房是特色，半露天的，可以看星星。床品很舒適，一覺睡到大天亮。
缺點也有一些，首先周邊餐廳比較少，可選擇餘地不大;其次酒店面積大，綠化多，再加上又都是別墅房型，所以院子和房間裏經常會出現不速之客，門窗需要關好;最後除了健身和spa，晚上的娛樂活動並不多，如有酒吧等可以更豐富一些。
最後感謝一下大堂經理艾米麗，態度熱情，服務專業，還給我們推薦了景色和味道都棒棒的餐廳，我們臨行前還再次詢問我們入住的感受和優化建議，總之，這是一家非常值得推薦的酒店！

我也是酒店業主，所以一般不差評酒店，這家新世界真的太奇葩：攜程定房説有廚房，於是我們買了菜去酒店，結果告知不能用廚房，連菜都不能帶進房間，要寄存在前台，退房時拿走，哪有這樣的酒店規則。最後給我們説要用廚房，一天收費200萬越南盾，差不多600多元，基本算明搶。退房時孩子的學習機遺忘了，馬上聯繫了酒店，就是説找不到。入住時一副香奈兒眼鏡放在大廳，一會去找就是找不到。這種酒店住着都擔心。房間很一般，都是獨棟別墅，像個小區不像酒店
