We were given a complimentary upgrade to Famiana Beach Resort which is 100 m away from this resort. To our surprise the location, hospitality was amazing. The service provided reall y wants us to revisit. I would give 5 star service to this hotel. Feels great to be at this resort. At the beach.

We booked a two-bedroom pool villa. The pool was well maintained and rooms were clean. There are quite a lot of activities for you to do, though you have to pay for some of them. Villa zone is about 5-10 minutes walking distance from the resort area and there is a road inbetween. We didn't find it particularly hard to move between these two places (we had to, as the breakfast area in the villa zone was closed durung our stay, and some of the hotel activities was conducted in the resort zone). My kids tried yoga, cooking class and sculpture painting, all free of charge. Breakfast was good to great. Staff were extremely friendly. All in all, I will recommend the hotel to people who want to visit Phu Guoc.

Not a pleasant experience. No one was at the reception during checkin and checkout.
The restaurant and room was very run down.

Lovely little bungalows in a very peaceful location. The resort was quite quiet so easy to get a bed by the pool and the pool was nice and clean. The room was very nice but we did have a couple issues that the reception was quick to fix. Breakfast had a mix of western and Vietnamese food. The resort was walkable distance to all beaches.

第一天入住房間早晨5點左右開始經常聽到屋頂位置有動物爬來爬去的聲音，感覺是猴子或者老鼠，一開始猜測是房頂上，後來聲音越來越大，懷疑已經到屋內，後來確認發現有衹老鼠在天花板槽裏竄來竄去，嚇得不輕完全沒法再睡了，😤😳6點打電話給前台告知現在沒有人可以協助，7點會有人來幫忙查看，然後確認是因為屋頂有個通道沒堵上（如圖）。酒店解決方案就是換了個房間。換後正常。其他部分包括海灘、設施和服務都正常。

落地第一個酒店，極差體驗沒有接機接機➕99人名幣，定的雙床房，加一個人讓我加錢200➕人名幣，我整個房間才270，加錢不加床！後面我説給我一個三床房他説加錢160人名幣，，其實給的是大床房還在外面拖來一個1.2米小床給我打地鋪，拖來的床墊子，破的，臟的，下雨淋着雨抬過來給我的，後面我讓他換了，整個房間床單全濕答答的感覺，整體體驗不好，環境也一般，還4星酒店呢，反正後麪就是花了450左右人名幣住了一個破房間，走的時候我想去一個距離酒店300米的地方，不肯送，真的是不會做生意
