De locatie was geweldig omdat het dicht bij Sonashi lag.
De lobby was echter warm en het personeel was niet erg vriendelijk.
Ik ging er met hoge verwachtingen naartoe omdat het een strandbungalow was, maar het was 2% te kort.
Ontbijt was ook teleurstellend in vergelijking met goedkopere resorts.

Absoluut schitterend hotel en geweldig personeel. De voedselopties zijn enorm, zelfs voor ons vegetariërs.
De zwembaden en de ligstoelen zijn er in overvloed. Strand is geweldig, maar heeft wel kwallen (we zijn er in mei geweest). De kamers zijn brandschoon en de balkons zijn prachtig.
De locatie is ook geweldig

Mooie en rustige plek, het personeel is zo vriendelijk. Er is een kleine nachtmarkering in de buurt, dus dat is een andere keuze voor het avondeten als je niets van het hotel wilt. Dicht bij de luchthaven, mooie locatie, strand is schoon, mooi zwembad aan het strand.

Geweldig verblijf, het is een prachtig hotel, het zwembad, het restaurant, het strand zijn allemaal bijna perfect, het management heeft echt veel moeite gedaan om van de plek een klein paradijs te maken. De kamers zijn schoon, comfortabel. Onze kamer was een beetje lawaaierig omdat het in de buurt van de algemene AC-machines was, maar de receptie gaf ons een andere kamer die stil was. Niets te klagen, zal zeker terug willen komen en langer blijven.

Mijn vrienden en ik genoten van ons verblijf in het Novotel hotel, ik vond het vooral geweldig dat ze veel opties hadden voor het ontbijt. Ik vind dat ze flexibeler moeten zijn als het gaat om annuleringen en wijzigingen. Als uw vlucht wordt geannuleerd, moeten ze een voucher voor de nacht kunnen aanbieden om het bedrag terug te betalen.

The Hotel was beautiful and the garden very nice. The whole hotel area was very clean and has direct beach access, you can get towels at the pool and beach. The access to the water is suitable for children. The staff is fast and friendly in most cases but the food service at the pool was sometimes slow and quite pricy compared to the outside places. The rooms were comfortable and well functioning, the bathroom was in very good condition. The location is good, but outside of the Phu Quoc it’s. However, there is a small night market with many open restaurants is in walking distance. Along the beach you can find a nice walk way and the hotel also offers bike rentals among other sport activities. We would go there again. To other locations for snorkeling or so, you can take a taxi and get everywhere in 40-60 minutes.

Great location, beautiful beach. Table fussball, pingpong, court tennis, pool and more. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly service. Would 100% recommend.
