De receptioniste sprak goed Engels en was vriendelijk en aardig. De gedetailleerde service was geweldig, zelfs het aansteken van wierook in de kamer op de eerste dag. Er stond dat er gratis fietsverhuur was, maar dat bestond niet, en ze zeiden dat ze motorfietsen zouden huren voor één euro per dag. Al het andere was goed, maar het was erg moeilijk omdat de andere bungalow aan de voorkant van het complex luid op de karaoke-machine speelde en luid schreeuwde. Er was 's nachts geen receptie, dus ging ik daarheen en zette de vertaler aan en vroeg hen stil te zijn, maar ze luisterden helemaal niet. De kamer zelf was erg leuk. De locatie is prima als je naar buiten loopt, maar als je Grab pakt, hadden de chauffeurs moeite om daar te komen. Dat was een beetje moeilijk. Ook de omgeving rondom de bungalow was niet goed. Ik was erg tevreden met de kamer zelf en de badkamer! Vergeleken met de prijs is het een goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Je kunt niet te veel verwachten

Lovely and easy stay at this family owned hotel tucked in a beautiful garden setting. Laundry service was easy and helpful, pay per kg. Location is excellent and about 100-150 meters to the beach located across the main road. Owner helped us organize everything before arrival: motorbike rental, tickets to VinWorld, Tình Hoa Vietnam show, day trip to three islands which turned out to be our favorite activity! We enjoyed the stay and appreciated the kind and helpful service. We would stay here again the next time we come to Phu Quoc! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Besides the fact that you’re really going to want a place with a pool on Phu Quoc if at all possible, this place is moldy. The tropics are moldy, I get it, and everywhere on Phu Quoc is going to be a bit damp, but the smell hit me as soon as we walked in though the staff cleaned and brought in lemongrass essential oil. Towels, closet, etc just very strong of mold, and we ended up shortening our stay with a cancelation fee and going elsewhere. It was kind of the staff not to charge us for both nights we canceled. I will say—the gardens here are just lovely.

Probably the best place I've stayed at in Vietnam! It was super clean! The bathroom was neat tidy and clean ! Aircon was provided which was needed! The owner provided rental scooters which was convenient! The owner welcomed us and he was very friendly and helpful.
