Good location, near market and restaurant. Near bus station go to HCMC

The hotel is close to the long distance bus between HCMC and Phnom Penh.

I didn’t enjoy my stay at this hotel. When I checked in there was a little bit of a language barrier with the staff at the front desk, so difficult to communicate if you need anything or have questions. The hotel smells like cigarettes and feels dirty. The walls and floors in my room were dirty. Don’t book the cheapest room, even though there’s a window it looks out straight into a wall 1m away. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because I saw that you can rent a motorcycle from them to go explore, but when I got there they told me they don’t rent out motorcycles and don’t know where I can. The breakfast wasn’t very nice, you can choose 1 of 4 dishes (noodles, tuna toast, pork rice or an omelette). I couldn’t sleep at night, the walls are very thin so I could hear the person above me walking around and what sounded like dogs or cats running on the laminated floors. The guests on my floor were yelling and knocking to get into their room throughout the night and morning hours leaving their doors open when they go down and then making a peeping sound for an hour long if not longer. I knew it wouldn’t make a difference to complain so I just moved to a different hotel.

The bed was super comfy, shower was great, nice toiletries, quiet night sleep with AC Working great too. There was a slight smell of smoke in the hall. Not sure if there were smoking rooms nearby or staff need to be more vigilant for smoking in the room? Not a huge criticism but just a note. There is a coffee shop right next door perfect for working all day if you need to

hotel room is great,but safety deposit box can't used and cafetaria area have a bad odor .....

Nice and clean hotel. I stayed there for 4 days. A tip: second floor has smoking smell because second floor rooms are for people who smoke. overall nice and cheap hotel and service is very good.
