The costumer service is nice and the location is near some shops and bars... Recommend!

This hotel is conveniently located but I wish that the owners take a little more care of some of the details in the room like plugs that don't work, one of the appliances was out of order, the safe need attention... And some more things like the bed was very comfortable the same with the pillows and I kind of liked also the set up with a nice desk where I could put my computer and my electronic devices. Overall I will give it a B+.

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner near river,check out the museum ,Royal Palace and phnom temple.

No hair dryer even thought they list it.
I asked them and a security told me a front staff is on toilet and will bring a hair dryer to me.
After 1 hour, I asked them again.
Actually, the front staff was taking a nap, and told me no hair dryer.

The hotel actually has a different name - Altos Hotel. It looks a little more aged or run down than what you see in the photos. However, the service was excellent. Housecleaning lady left water at my door even though I had a "Do not disturb" sign on my door. One of the men at reception also went to a nearby shop for me to make photocopies of important documents.
