Juan at the front desk saved the day as I needed to change two rooms- the first one was dirty and the second one smelled like smoke. Juan made sure he got me a room that was clean and even went with me to make sure. The staff is courteous and professional.

I had a amazing time, my room was on the 39th floor, spectacular views as promised. My room was spaces and the aesthetics will have me coming back for more!!!

費城高檔酒店都集中在這附近了吧～
位置：
位置肯定沒的説，位於市中心的位置，出門就是市政廳等網紅打卡點。
停車：
停車有代客停車服務，但是非常貴。
床：
床真的太太太太軟了，好難睡。
房間設施：
另外，明明定的時候，圖片上有浴缸，我也是衝著可以泡澡定的，結果根本沒有。
性價比：
性價比來説，我覺得除了地理位置優越以外，其他的就不值當了。

在攜程選擇的靠近市中心的酒店，選擇自己熟悉的品牌入駐。如小女兒的點評，酒店大堂一如既往的夜店氛圍，比較時尚。前台小哥很nice ，陪我們升級了很高的樓層，晚上可以欣賞費城夜景，很震撼👍走路去市政樓打卡很方便，因為聖誕節，周邊的夜市也很有趣，走路去吃飯可以選擇也比較多。費城這次來，跟我第一次感覺不太一樣，覺得挺舒服的。

房間衞生不好，酒店整體衞生都不好，地毯特別臟，房間窗户是壞的，關不上，水龍頭要麼燙手，要麼就是涼的

w的檔次不知道是不是在萬豪系裡降低了。完全沒有高級感了。我們入住天際雙大床房景觀尚可but不知道是不是太久沒人入住又不打掃房間塵蟎應該不少住的非常不舒服😷這已經是在美國第二次體驗不好的w酒店了…我想我不會再住…最重要服務人員都很粗魯且不禮貌
