We had a great trip with great service and delicious food here. The resort gave us a lot of fun activities both indoor and outdoor here. We had chill days on the beach and enjoyed our lovely time to look around 😍

Large room with a beautiful deck and view. We started in room 932 overlooked the ocean. We were very pleased with the cleaning and the friendly staff. We had just come on a trip from north Vietnam down to the south. We had planned to rent scooters in the front and tour around. But we enjoyed our deck with the fabulous view and the beach and pool so much we never toured around. Very happy with this resort and would highly recommend. Air conditioner is very quiet and the ocean breezes kept us cool on the deck. Ate at a lot of restaurants on the main road, all very good. The Pirate bar had very good entertainment. The kite surfing school in front also was very interesting to watch. The wifi worked great in our room and on the beach. Thank you Ocean Star, very great way to end a busy trip!

У нас номер с видом на море с торца здания- после обеда хочется полежать на балконе полюбоваться видами.. но нет… здесь всегда стоит поливальщик тропинок , прямо у балкона , как бы прямо с тобой находится )) , и как ты ему не говори он упорно тут стоит каждый день- вообщем один не полежишь - хоть к себе полежать приглашай))). На замечания никак не реагирует и так каждый день!(( Хорошее расположение отеля, но в номерах все старое древнее требует ремонта!! В выходные часто привозят местных человек по 200 и они веселиться тут на славу- корпоративы, свадьбы, др и тд… отель не порекомендую . Но для кайтеров очень удобно - кайт станция здесь!

Resort đẹp, có nhiều du khách chọn nghỉ dưỡng ạ. Bãi biển tại resort rất đẹp, nhiều khách du lịch lướt sóng và chơi dù lượn trên biển. Dịch vụ khá tốt, nhân viên thân thiện. Đặc biệt là các bạn lễ tân rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nơi này

Tôi cảm thấy khách sạn Ocean star có 4 sao thật không. Gia đình tôi có trải nghiệm thật tồi tệ. Ngày 12, 13/8 vừa qua, nhà tắm dơ, nước tắm như nhỏ giọt. Phòng 4 người ở nhưng chỉ đưa phòng 3. Lễ tân nói với chúng tôi là phòng 4 hơi nhỏ. Chúng tôi không đồng ý, lễ tân giải quyết cho chúng tôi thêm giường, nhưng chúng tôi không đồng ý. Chúng tôi phải nhờ sự can thiệp phía bên du lịch vì gia đình tôi đi rất đông. Thái độ phục vụ cũng chưa tốt.

Đó giờ chưa thấy khách sạn nào mà tệ như vậy.phòng thì muỗi.khăn thì hôi.khăn chuẩn bị ko đủ mà cũng không có giấy check phòng. đến khi trả phòng thì báo là thiếu để đòi tiền khách . nói chug ai có ý định đi du lịch mà tính ở đây thì né ra đi. Để ko bị mất tiền oan.khach sạn 4sao mà tệ hại.

Phòng trang bị thiếu nhưng không có bất kì sự lưu ý, danh sách nào để cho chúng tôi kiểm tra. Từ lúc tôi vào phòng của mình thì đã thiếu 1 cái khăn lớn nhưng bản thân không biết số lượng của chúng vốn là 2 cái để báo cho nhân viên. Phút chót dọn phòng họ đã bảo tôi là lấy tài sản của họ và phải đền 500 nghìn
