Amazing and the staff were super friendly. The building itself was also beautiful building inside and out, was amazingly picturesque!! I will definitely be coming back to stay and am definitely recommending it to my friends and family!!!

Lovely hotel build in 1750 in stone. Very elegantly decorated with Antiques, you definitely are in the south of France. You can share great moment on the terrace or the AC in your room. The room we were in was very spacious, loved the decoration. And all the services such a fridge (great when the temp outside is 40). The breakfast is simple but proposed with great products. Vincent , the owner, will cherish you as his best friends !!

This is a truly charming and lovely little hotel with a personal touch! The staff were so kind and welcoming, helped us with practical matters & did their best to accomodate our 3 & 5 year old children. We ate a fabulous dinner (& breakfast) and loved the feeling of staying at a cross between a hotel & someone’s home/b&b.

Lugar encantador en el centro de Pèzenas. Una casa vieja poco cuidada y con desidia (botellas de pĺastico vacias en rincones, los sacos de la ropa sucia en la salta de estar compartida, información turistica anticuada y escrita por clientes anteriores...) A la llegada Vicent nos hizo un recibimiento genial. Eramos los únicos huéspedes y nos instaló en una habitación superior a la reservada. El hotel y la habitación estaban helados. Ni la calefacción, ni la estufa ni la bomba de calor eran sufiente para subir la temperatura, dormimos vestidos y con forro polar. Al dia siguiente Vicent hizo de guia turistico perfecto. Pasamos el día viendo cosas y al regreso no teniamos arreglada la habitacion ni limpiado el baño. Por lo menos hacía algo más de calor. A la mañana siguiente al ir a desayunar nos encontramos el comedor cerrado a las 8:15 tal y como habiamos quedado la noche anterior. Nos dimos un paseo y a la vuelta a las 8:45 seguía cerrado. Escribimos un mensaje a Vicent y nos contestó que se le había averiado el coche pero que el reparador le llevaba al hotel. Seguimos esperando y no aperecia nadie. Llamamos al teléfono y nos dijo que estaba llegando... esperamos hasta las 10:30 y no vino nadie. Poco profesional.

Cet ancien Hôtel particulier est comme une grande maison de famille accueillante, pleine de charme, décorée avec goût, on s’y sent très bien, un grand cocon en plein centre ville. Le repas du réveillon de Noël était d’un grand niveau, tout était délicieux, merci pour ce séjour d’une nuit qui fut court mais qui a clôt en beauté notre petite escapade.
