Grand Mercure Petra

The hotel was a 5 min drive from petra away from the hustle. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Khalid the restaraunt manager he went out of his way to ensure we got what we needed. The views from the hotel were amazing

The hotel sit atop a hill overlooking the desert hills - a wonderful view, about a 10-min. drive from the Petra visitor center. All the staff we met, from the security guards, to the bellman, the front desk, the restaurant - were just SUPERB. All of them. The lobby is inviting and warm, the restaurant is spacious and with lots of sunshine. Dinner buffet had a very nice variety and decent quality, yet overpriced. Breakfast had a wonderful variety with good quality. The room was very clean, and looked like it was built last year - very well maintained. Although the building looks very new, overall, the hotel is overpriced a bit. Overall, an excellent choice for Petra.

L hotel non é assolutamente un 5 stelle, ma le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Vista dall hotel molto bella, colazione e buffet da migliorare. Personale molto gentile, in generale consigliato se in offerta.

本來訂的這個酒店 然後酒店他自己幫我升等到了Petra門口的另一家Movenpick，非常方便！！！！

酒店在佩特拉山上，不是自駕或者包車就別考慮住了，去佩特拉太遠。在酒店吃了三餐，早晚自助餐水平還説得過去，午餐叫到房間有漢堡意麪。房間較大，山景，外面比較空曠

位置在山頂 對面看到山景 但是風大 不過如果自駕還算方便 到佩特拉不到10分鐘 酒店比較大 有點年份了 早餐不算好 4分的水平

Хороший отель прям через дорогу от входа в Петру. Комнаты очень светлые и приятные) удобная кровать и подушки) персонал работает оперативно. Еда не самая лучшая, можно что-то найти на буфете, но это будет не супер

When we arrived the security man told us the Grand Mercure is CLOSED for MAJOR renovation. He was helpful, but his English wasn't very good. But we worked out we had been rebooked at the Movenpick in town. We were a little disappointed as we had chosen this hotel for the view. However the Movenpick MORE than made up for it. The staff and the food was marvellous. We were upgraded and the room was wonderful. This is a review of Grand Mercure, but the Movenpick was fantastic. My tip is to have PRINTED LETTERS the guard can hand you, to tell you what to do and also send an email explaining the situation. We ended up getting a good deal, but it was somewhat confusing.
