The host was very resourceful. Everything was clearly explained which made the whole experience from arrival to departure smooth and completely hassle-free.

The shower / shampoo / conditioner dispensers were such a failure, room 910, and no shaver kit was in place. toilet door due to water from shower area splashing unto it , had mold forming at the bottom back end, rotting away in near future. Light switches were a little confusing, but the USB plug in sockets were such a joy to use. Breakfast was okay, pool level and gym level not the same, hence not as user-friendly as I tot (coming from experience at Danang Hilton). Lion dance at lobby was a bonus for guest and visitors. Generally a worth while stay, just please check out the dispensers if it is your concern, if deem pathetic then better change room. Chef came over to present a dessert made in-house using tomato and it was sublime indeed, simple yet full of favour.

Booked Premier Room for 3 adults including breakfast. Room is spacious with 1 king bed and sofa. So have to request for extra pillows, blanket and towel. Staffs are friendly and helpful with questions. Free parking at L3 with TnG - ask them where and how to park. Breakfast at Lafayette is ok only as the spread is limited.

We stayed here for one night and found the hotel strategically located near an MRT station, making it convenient to travel to Kuala Lumpur city centre. There are also several dining options available around the area. The stay included a complimentary breakfast with a good mix of Asian and Western choices, which was a nice touch. The room itself was decent and suitable for a couple, though fairly simple. I also appreciated the drinking water station provided on-site. Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay for a short trip, especially if you’re looking for easy access to the city and nearby food options.

Really new and very clean inside. Easy to check in, nice and cozy stay. With the great location near ss15 and this price, there's really nothing to complain about. The property management is also responsive. Their security guard even guided through my whole way into carpark to find my specific parking lot. Would come back again if there's next time. Only minor cons about this property is the drainage system of the shower is slightly slow.

Het hotel is altijd mijn eerste keuze geweest voor een verblijf in PJ-gebied. Maar helaas heb ik na mijn recente bezoek iets te zeggen over hun onlangs gelanceerde parkeerbetalingssysteem. Allereerst is het al slecht om van gasten die met de auto komen te eisen dat ze tijdens hun verblijf in het hotel parkeergeld betalen. En ondanks het feit dat ze hun gast een vast tarief van RM 3,00 hebben geboden, heeft geen van de medewerkers het initiatief genomen om te informeren totdat erom werd gevraagd (het betalingsbericht zoals aangegeven op mijn bijgevoegde foto's heeft daar ook geen idee van). Zelfs nadat ik ernaar werd gevraagd, gaven ze geen duidelijke instructies over de manier waarop ik moest inwisselen, en uiteindelijk moest ik extra betalen voor de parkeerkosten vanwege het gebrek aan kennisgeving en instructie.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. I came all the way from Johor hoping to rest before my training the next day, but unfortunately I had to spend extra time and energy cleaning the sticky floor myself. The wardrobe was dusty, the bed still had sand, and the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned. The bidet was installed very low, which was uncomfortable to use. Internet and mobile network were very poor before connecting to the room WiFi. I even had to go down to Level G to make a call. After connecting to the room WiFi, the internet worked fine. The check-in instructions were confusing. The password in the attachment was inaccurate, and the format differed between check-in and check-out (check-in: *1234* vs check-out without *️⃣ : 1234). Guests shouldn’t have to go on a “treasure hunt” to figure out the check-in process. It would be much easier if instructions were left at reception or a PIC handed over the key. The RM200 deposit feels too high considering the limited facilities, there is no swimming pool and no gym. Parking is narrow, and I struggled to enter with my MPV. It would be helpful if a warning or guidance for MPV drivers is provided before entering LG1 parking to avoid difficulty. Clearer guidance or a staff/PIC to assist guests when parking larger vehicles would also be useful. For safety and convenience, it would be great if the door could be upgraded with a doorbell and touchscreen password lock, as sometimes housekeeping has to knock and it’s hard to hear from inside. The lift also malfunctioned once, and although the deposit refund was promised for 4–6 PM, I only received it after 11 PM. Overall, while the location is convenient, the stay was disappointing and stressful. Improvements are urgently needed in cleanliness, check-in process, parking guidance (especially for larger vehicles), facilities, safety, and door access, especially given the high deposit required.

The hotel location is strategic, outsite lot of parking and walking distance to get food and mini MARKET. Comment: 1. Interior of hotel is not really renovated, found water is drop from ceiling at corridor. 2. Found same moset in the room is soft to step on and toilet cleanliness is average. Hope the comment can be improve in future. Anyway, I'm still enjoy to stay the hotel with the low price

Parkeertarief is een beetje duur. U dient in totaal RM22 te betalen voor 2 dagen en 1 nacht. Als u in de kelder parkeert, is het parkeertarief gebaseerd op een uur. RM2/uur, graag zelf verzamelen. Hun kamer was gezellig zoals geadverteerd. Voor een kort verblijf zou het goed zijn, omdat ik niets anders te doen heb. Ik heb niet veel faciliteiten in dit hotel, omdat hun management meer van het airbnb-type is. Over het algemeen was het goed, maar ik ben er vrij zeker van dat de meeste gasten niet zullen herhalen om hier weer te verblijven tijdens hun volgende bezoek, inclusief ikzelf.
