Great location, a nearby station easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was terrific, they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, I had a wonderful experience at the Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- into cleaning staff was delightful and eager to help, I will recommend it to my friends and family. The hotel is well-maintained. This was one of the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever.
Everything was great at this hotel, especially the breakfast.

The hotel has always been my top choice for staycation in pj area. But unfortunately I have something to say with their newly launched parking payment system after my recent visit. First of all, it is already bad to require their guests who drive to pay for parking fee during their stay in the hotel. And despite providing a flat rate of RM3.00 to their guest, none of the staff has taken initiative to inform until being asked ( neither does the payment notice as indicated in my attached photos has shown any clue about that) . Even after being asked, they failed to provide clear instruction on the way to redeem, and eventually I had to pay extra for the parking fees due to the lack of notification and instruction.

Great Hotel! Very fancy, clean and well maintained. Room had soft carpets and bath tub in bathroom. TV channels were great with various movies. View was great from the room. Quiet and peaceful.

There are two things that I would like to highlight here; the door has no additional lock (not safe for female traveler) & i can see dust at some places. The bread spread was delish 😬

Great stay at Eastin. Though the hotel is old but it's well maintain and much better than many new hotels in town.

Wow, took Parking lift to the lobby and was welcomed warmly hy the Hotel GM personally. What a Great gesture, a Great surprise. Room was up graded to executive King size also a pleasant surprise without my knowledge. Thank you So much
