Het hotel ligt recht tegenover het centraal station van Krakau en een groot winkelcentrum, en op ongeveer 10 minuten van de poort van de oude stad. Het hotel heeft ook een mooie lobby. Het personeel was vriendelijk en beleefd. De kamer was iets aan de kleine kant, maar had een zeer nette en stijlvolle inrichting en kon bediend worden met een tablet (inclusief de tv). Het bed was comfortabel. Het ontbreken van een fitnessruimte/zwembad kan echter een nadeel zijn voor wie wil sporten. Over het algemeen is dit een hotel van zeer goede kwaliteit met professioneel personeel!

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

I was very satisfied with my one-night stay at Hotel Wentzl for New Year’s Eve. This was the last available room I could find for December 31st after all other platforms were sold out. I only requested a room with a nice view, but was pleasantly surprised to get Room 23 with a perfect, direct view of Rynek Square, ideal for watching the fireworks. Truly an unforgettable memory for New Year’s Eve 2025. The room has a classic, older style but was comfortable and well maintained. High ceilings, strong heating, hot water, and full amenities including toiletries and slippers. Check-in was exactly at 2 PM, and the staff were polite and very supportive. Highly recommended for location and experience.

Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.

The apartment was clean and equipped with all necessities. Judging from the photos we imagined it to be bigger but it was enough for our needs. You do not need to have breakfast there. A lot of fantastic places for having breakfast are close by.

Location: it’s around 700m walk from a tram station, takes a while to get to city centre. There’s a bus station that is just next to the hotel for going to the airport. Room is okay spacious. Kettle and coffee etc, WiFi, hangers, TV provided. No hair dryer/ fridge. WiFi connection is quite weak tho. Hygiene is okay.

Excelente ubicación, el apartamento es bastante amplio y con todos los utensilios para hacer de la estadía agradable, lo único es que la atención es un poco cuestionable.

Great location close to Kraków’s main station and Old Town, very convenient for sightseeing. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can check in and out at the red brick building across the street

The stay to the hotel overall is good for what you pay if I will stay to that hotel again?probably I will find something else.but highly recommended.

Świetna lokalizacja. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Mimo położenia blisko dworca w pokoju (okno od dziedzińca) było bardzo cicho, praktycznie nie słychać było nic z zewnątrz. Jedyne do czego mogłabym mieć zastrzeżenia, to w przypadku mojego 1-osobowego pokoju w środku nie było żadnej szafy ani szafki, więc zdecydowanie na krótki pobyt.
