Huisdiervriendelijke hotels in Milaan

The hotel is right next to Milan central train station which is perfect for transit. May not be so convenient to travel around Duomo. Taxi to Duomo costs around Eur16-20. Hotel has prepared a bottle of brut and some nuts and candies as welcome gifts which are very surprised to me and my boyfriend. The bathroom is spacious and provided with branded amenities. Bed is comfortable with smooth linen. The room comes with a small balcony which is perfect for some photoshoots. One thing annoyed me is the WiFi, the connection is so bad that I barely can use for working. Eventually I use my own 5G network then personal hotspot for connection.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the spa! You have to pre-book a slot, it’s only open from 5pm and it’s €30 per person per visit. If you check the small print it does say there is an additional fee…but I think it’s very misleading. Also all the adverts show people drinking in the spa- you couldn’t unless you bought the €180 champagne and fruit package. Apparently it’s safer to have a full glass bottle in a spa than two glasses…! We were told on the first night that breakfast could not be ordered to your room and room service was only available from 12pm. The location is a bit far away from everything but near the central station so that’s handy if you’re travelling by train. The rooms were nice, clean and the staff were friendly. Jean on reception was especially helpful.

Voordelen: de kamer is opgewaardeerd naar premium, het hotel en de kamers zijn zeer ruikbaar, minibar en koelkast zijn allemaal gratis, een pad kan de hele kamer controleren, ontbijt is rijk aan koud en warm, de service is zeer gelukkig en zal de gastennaam nog herinneren om gedag te zeggen, De favoriete is de club sandwich van de kamerservice boven de verwachte smaak! Ongunstig: Geen HBO, de schakelaar op de muur van de kamer is te licht om de nacht te beïnvloeden en het slapen is zeer beïnvloed, en er is geen schoenen aan de deur van de kamer die het on

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

Het appartement is in een geweldige locatie dicht bij de metro, bus en tram. Het is een rustige zone ongeveer 15 minuten van het centrum. Er waren echter verschillende problemen. We reisden op de dome warme dagen en we wilden gebruik maken van de AC. We werden geïnformeerd dat het niet het ”seizoen” voor AC was, dus ze zouden het niet omzetten. De informatie over dit appartement duidelijk vermeldde dat er AC was. Het lijkt erop dat het alleen op bepaalde momenten beschikbaar is, dus controleer er zeker van. We werden verteld om de vensters te openen. Maar ik zei dat ik vreselijke allergieën had en er waren veel mosquito's. Natuurlijk gebeurde het dat ik echt slechte allergieën kreeg en werd gebitterd door mosquito's overal. Ook, als u een plek met een keuken boekt, is het een redelijke verwachting dat het een stuk gereedschap of platen of een pot of pan. Er is absoluut niets. Dus als u plannen om te koken, moet u uw eigen gereedschap.

+ The room was big and had a balcony, the stuff was good, good WiFi - The room was very dirty (there were a lot of ants in the bathroom!!!), breakfast was poor and had only sweety things, it was cold in the room, the furniture was very old.

Mijn gereserveerde kamer had een probleem met het slot van de deur, maar ondanks dat het hotel overboekt was en het al laat in de avond was, wist de receptie een upgrade te regelen naar een appartement met een goed werkend slot. De aandacht voor de wensen van de gasten is ongeëvenaard! Een fantastisch verblijf en een geweldige ervaring. Ik zou het hotel zeker aanraden vanwege de nabijheid van metro- en treinstations en de ruime keuze aan restaurants op loopafstand.

We kwamen vroeg aan en konden niet inchecken omdat de kamer nog niet schoongemaakt was. Ze lieten ons echter een kamer op een andere verdieping zien die al wel schoongemaakt was. Ze waren erg aardig en flexibel. Het lag dicht bij het centraal station en was zelfs met een koffer op loopafstand. De kamer was schoon en de faciliteiten waren prima, maar het toilet was wat lastig door te spoelen en de kraan draaide moeilijk.

Het hotel ligt op 10 minuten met de taxi van station Garibaldi en op 23 minuten met tramlijn 14 van Piazza Duomo. Alles komt overeen met het Europese niveau van 4 sterren. Er is één nadeel: arbeidsmigranten uit Azië fungeren als obers in het restaurant. Onbeleefd en onbeleefd, geen enkele taal sprekend. Het hotelmanagement zou minder moeten nadenken over het besparen van geld.

The room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all. However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing. Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather. The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional. In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend. Also not every stuff speaks English well
