"This was the best trip ever! I travel to 3-4 cities every year, but this was genuinely the most comfortable stay.
1. The room was clean, and even though it's newly opened, there was no strange smell.
2. The staff seemed genuinely happy; even the laundry room attendant, seeing us waiting for our clothes, proactively offered us chairs to rest.
3. The key card is made of wood, which shows a great commitment to environmental protection. The in-room facilities are highly automated, and the use of space is also excellent.
4. Some of the better room types even feature a dual-zone smart sleep massage system, which truly makes it an incredible value for the price."

We are given complimentary breakfast upon checkin.
Bed were so comfy.
Accomdation is glass roof for you to gaze the stars.
They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore.
At least stay 2 days here to enjoy the facilities."

The room was cleaned very clean, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept well. "This is a newly opened hotel with a great surrounding environment. Right outside the main entrance is an artificial lake, offering a wide, open view perfect for a leisurely stroll or a morning jog. The hotel's interior decor is also very nice, with complete facilities, including a well-equipped gym that guests can use in the evenings. The front desk staff are all attractive and provide excellent service. The guest rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of options, including many kinds of beverages. I even captured a beautiful sunset on the day I checked in. All in all, it lives up to its five-star quality and is definitely worth staying at."

"噢我的相冊里居然沒有拍酒店的照片，可能是因為那天太累了，，因為博樂是我們去賽里木湖的中轉站，然後當時選這家酒店是想要接機服務的，結果忘記提前預約了，好叭～也沒關係，住的也挺舒服酒店房間很新，馬桶是電熱的適合冬天用，熱水也是穩定提供！！然後酒店離市區有點偏僻，打車的話要十多分鐘，，但睡覺是超級安靜（ ˘_˘）っ˘_˘ ）我們去了現代城中心的夜市，人氣也還好，，但一定要推薦你們吃阿霏米粉，好吃的摳腳趾！！！還有河邊拍的日落以及小動物～"

GGastgebruiker房間非常寬敞舒適，大玻璃窗外的風景宜人，躺在床上看窗外都很安逸。除了賽里木湖很美，這裏的人也同樣美好，酒店的工作人員都特別熱情，保安大叔每次見到我們都笑容洋溢，因為風特別大每次都搶着給我們開門。特別點名一下前台的小白！人帥不説還心善，幫我們解決了很多問題，彌補了沒有看到賽湖全貌的遺憾，讓這次短暫的旅程特別快樂和難忘！下次再來賽湖還住這！！！

GGuest UserNestled within the scenic area, this ger (yurt) accommodation boasts stunning mountain views and overlooks a beautiful lake. The owner is incredibly warm and attentive, even providing complimentary fruit and breakfast.
The home-style dishes, especially the grilled skewers and stewed lamb, are absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. You can enjoy your meal and drinks right on the lawn outside, taking in the sunset and starlit sky, and wake up to the morning dew and sunrise.
Being a ger, the washing and toilet facilities are basic. However, you can use the more extensive restroom facilities located nearby within the scenic area for showering and toilet needs.

VVSTHelpful and friendly staff, including the kind security guard. Hotel staff helped us to make arrangements to travel to Sayram Lake 赛里木湖.
We paid 120 yuan per person in a 7 seater vehicle. Bought our entrance tickets at 143 yuan. The driver brought us round the lake from 10.00am till 4.30pm. He also helped us book bus tickets to get to Yining from the East gate of the lake.
The hotel is located near Bole railway station. Taxi fare from the Railway station to this hotel should be between 7 - 10 yuan. Nothing more than 10 yuan.
From the hotel to the city area, it's 5 yuan. From the hotel to the nearby lake/park with lots of eateries and entertainment is 12 yuan.
Overall, the hotel room is clean and spacious. The bathroom and the toilet area have no partition. Water pressure was good.
The hotel offers fresh grape juice, too.

NNiniaichinaigedaThis is the guesthouse I booked when I went to Sayram Lake with my parents. The environment exceeded my expectations, and my parents were very satisfied. The location was easy to find, parking was convenient, and there were guesthouses all around. I was also quite lucky; we even caught a party event in the square next door, with thousands of people having a bonfire and dancing – it was so much fun! We booked a triple room, with each person having their own bed, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner and the receptionist were very friendly and even helped with our luggage – thumbs up! 👍 After comparing several places, I think this one was great value for money! Unfortunately, we got back too late yesterday and just video chatted with my friends, so I didn't take any pictures.

A few observations:
#1 The curtains had stains
#2 The bedside table had (coffee?) stains
#3 The carpet in the loft had stains
#4 The water clogs up in the shower area after taking a shower.
Please take our review as constructive feedback. I think you can do something about feedback items 1, 2 and 3.

GGastgebruiker前台阿飛很貼心，而且服務很好，還幫我們升級房型，點個贊!營地房間很滿意的，在房間就能看到賽里木湖，超級漂亮！早餐挺好吃的，房間乾淨整潔!設施服務到位，離景區很近，營地看日出日落也很方便，周圍風景也很棒!如果不想早起跑去景區看日出，這個酒店是最好的選擇！酒店附近還有賽里木湖最漂亮的咖啡廳，酒店還送了咖啡廳的下午茶。超級滿意這次住宿！推薦推薦！！！

服務：老闆特別喜歡小動物，給我們的寵物準備了水和食物，還幫我們照看寵物，太貼心了，帶寵物出行必選。

GGuest UserThe yurt is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. The location can directly see the lake. The boss will drive to the north gate to pick it up. The yurt is very large, even if it rains, it is much safer than camping. Heating is a charcoal stove. When you just burn it, you can wear short sleeves. It is a bit cold after the middle of the night. You can let the boss prepare some charcoal and wake up at night. The boss and the proprietress are very good. They can eat at home and experience authentic styles. After eating the mutton skewers, they didn’t have time to take pictures. The fried mutton should be braised. The mutton is very delicious. The sheep skin that was just killed in the morning is still on the ground. It is highly recommended to stay in the experience, you can watch the night view and sunset, and it is also convenient to get up early to watch the sunrise and drive around the lake. There are voles, sheep, cattle, horses and other small animals on the grass.
