Our room was extremely clean and the beds were perfect! The room was so quiet! We were jet lagged we slept like logs! Our breakfast was the best we have had! There were so many choices! I would definitely stay there again! My sister loved her short walk to the beautiful park down the street!

This was in a fabulous location - you can walk to everything, including museums and restaurants and beautiful gardens. It was a beautiful house, super clean and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was lovely and the staff was too.

A well run hotel with everything any visitor to Perth could wish for. So convenient for the city, and other places of interest; great restaurant recommendations, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. Absolutely, first class. We’d definitely return.

We had a nice ground floor room with good facilities. My husband enjoyed his full Scottish breakfast. I was very pleased with the effort made for my special dietary requirements. This hotel is very good value for money and I have recommended it to my friend

This is a lovely establishment within walking distance of downtown Perth. Nicely appointed rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. The host, Finley, is very personable and lovely to chat with. I would highly recommend the Sunbank if you are traveling in the area.

All round excellent hotel, room was very clean with comfortable bed, friendly and professional service. Breakfast was cooked to perfection also! Good parking, a few minutes walk in to town also a bonus. i would highly recommend this hotel for either business or pleasure.

The hotel was convenient and although it is walking distance from the center of town is is along a very busy street which is undergoing a construction project. The rooms were small but clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast options were varied was plentiful. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the location

We enjoyed an excellent one night stay at Sunbank House Hotel. Wish it could have been longer, but we shall be going back. Our room on the ground floor was easily accessible (we both have slight mobility problems). The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable, with a large window overlooking the garden. The en-suite was modern with a large walk in shower and all facilities. The breakfast was without doubt the best we have ever had in any establishment. Usual choice of cereal/fruit/juice to start and tea or coffee (regularly topped up). A wonderful choice of cooked dishes, My wife had smoked salmon topped with scrambled egg, I had bacon, egg, black pudding and sausage, all fresh without trace of grease or fat. Upon complimenting the host on the excellence of the breakfast I was told this was achieved by cooking all to order, nothing sits around waiting (hoping) to be ordered. All round a very pleasant stay.

An excellent all round hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, in good condition, and beds comfortable. The overall atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The only downside; we felt the breakfasts were not quite up to scratch, but others may feel differently.
