Simple but clean m, cozy, good value for money

Second time in 9 months we stopped a week at this Travelodge and it excellent . Lucy on reception a star but all the staff so helpful and always have a smile for you and warm Scottish welcome. Rooms tidy and clean ,little noise disturbance despite Mcdonalds in car park rear We be going back that is for sure

Travelodges are always clean, comfortable and have very helpful staff...what more do you need!! We always use them for our overnight stays

The staff are very nice. The room is big enough for a family and clean. Check in and check out procedure is easy and quick.

Great location for trips to the highlands, Glasgow or Edinburgh. Staff were friendly and room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Absolutely no problem recommending this hotel to fellow travellers.

the stay was very pleasant and the room was clean and fresh. I arrived about 2.40 pm and I was told "check in is at 3pm" and I found this strange given how close it was to 3pm. the area outside the hotel is quite unsightly and it could be doing with someone picking up litter etc.

We spent 3 nights here while visiting Scotland for a wedding. A friendly welcome and every staff member we encountered (Manager or room service team members) when we needed advice or assistance went out of their way to help us.

Room was clean, bath was beyond tiny so almost unusable. But it's the noise that makes this hotel one to avoid. Issue number was an infuriating internal squeak from something...i think maybe the emergency staircase...every time someone went up and down. However worse than this was the hotel is beside a 24 hour McDonalds and the hotel car park is used by those who want to "enjoy" their car's sound systems post meal. In particular i was treated to my neighbours returning from the Ice Factory at 4am their room was the afterparty. Staff were on hand when i got up at 4:30 unable to stand it anymore but they were still noisy at that time. I know this can happen in any hotel but the McDonalds issue is particular to this one - especially when it's a hot night and no AC means you need the windows open. Worst night sleep i've had in a long time.

Had a stop here en route to the Highlands and it was great. Large spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff and lots of amenities close by - Harvester and McDonald's plus a garage with shop.
