Prima bedden, heerlijk ontbijt. Kamer voldoende, airco en goede bedden met mooie badkamer. Super handig maar wel prijzig (18€) is de parkeergarage voor de deur aan de doorgaande weg, ideaal. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ligging midden in centrum vlakbij Castellet

The 2 stars given are for the location, however this is about all I can think of positive. No kettle, tea/coffee in the rooms and an awful smell of drains throughout the hotel especially noticeable when you vacate the lifts to enter your floor! Furniture in dining area is very dated , coffee machine at breakfast service was old and gave chocolate instead of cappuccino, informed staff but did nothing.. We stayed with another couple and would have liked to have enjoyed a drink in the lounge together but it was non existent as the furniture was not comfortable and the bar was never opened. Though due to the smell of drains we didn’t wish to spend too much time in there. There was a basket of croissants on the reception desk to help yourself, unwrapped! I suspect the leftovers from breakfast, however the hygiene aspect of this leaves a lot to be desired! To summarise this hotel is not a 4 star, very dated and needs much attention to bring it up to standard. We would not stay here again.

Being a regular global customer of Best Western I popped in to use the toilet of the Best Western Windsor in Perpignan even though I was passing through Perpignan as a supporter of Leeds Rhinos. I was in Perpignan to support Leeds Rhinos vs Catalan Dragons. The receptionist at the hotel said there were no toilets in the hotel. Clearly this is not the case. This will be the last time I use the Best Western chain as what hotel would exclude an individual requiring toilet facilities. An art gallery around the corner kindly allowed me to use their facilities. Shame on you Best Western. Kieran

Property is in an excellent location within easy walk of a range of restaurants and tourist attractions. The felt very safe in the area. The staff were extremely helpful. Despite being on the main road there was no traffic noise to my fifth floor room that had amazing views towards the mountains. Presumably January is a quiet period and this may have contributed to my only reservation which was the smell in the shower; but it went away after two days so either a bit of use sorted it or the housekeeper used some good stuff. Would I return? Yes.

The room we were assigned had a very strong sewer smell.
The kind staff woman offered several rooms until we (3 people w/ 2 rooms) found ones that was clean.
We saw other guests going through the same problem.

Excellent location and convenient parking.
However, disappointing compared to our previous stay at this hotel. Expensive for the accommodation offered.
Room to small for huge bed. We had to take the chair from the cupboard and hand it to the staff. Leaking toilet and overflowing shower. We also had to ask for the promised electric kettle.
