A true paradise! Beautiful property, EXCELLENT friendly and accommodating manager (Paola), and very clean! Dedicated staff who are very interested in making your stay memorable and perfect in every way possible. Highly recommend as a base for seeing both the Italian and Swiss Alps!

Very accommodating, especially considering our last minute booking due to a road closure following a large avalanche. Allowed us to use the room until the road was reopened in the afternoon the following day.

We are a family of four and we stayed in the “Timo” apartment for a week in July. The surroundings of the house is just beautiful and the location is very convenient for the access to the recently renovated public pool and to the village of Saint Jean, which is only 20 minutes away on foot and 5 minutes driving. The whole place is very clean and tidy, furnished with taste and personality. Paola was our host and person of reference. She was very welcoming with all of us, always helpful in giving us suggestions re walks or restaurants and very easy to deal with. The cleaning staff was also very nice and helpful. The apartment has really everything you need for a short holiday and the Spa is a little gem. The terrace outside surrounded by nature is perfect to recharge your batteries. Thank you Paola for an amazing staying. I would definitely recommend Villa Fridau to my friends and I would hope to go back during winter. Marcella

Hotel in ottima location nel centro di Gressoney, il personale è gentile e disponibile, le camere sono molto graziose e accoglienti insieme al centro benessere che è piccolino ma contiene tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno per rilassarsi e godersi una pausa dalla vita quotidiana.

Struttura tipica e molto carina, personale gentilissimo e disponibile sono venuti in contro alle nostre esigenze. La camera pulita, spaziosa e molto accogliente. Buona la colazione con ampia scelta di dolci ma manca la stessa varietà di salato.

Bellissimo posto,noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare al nostro arrivo la neve. Gli appartamenti sono grandi, dotati di ogni confort e arredati con cura. Ospitalità e gentilezza da parte del personale, la spa ideale per relax dopo le gite. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e contiamo di tornare in primavera.

Siamo stati una notte per festeggiare il compleanno di mia figlia . Ci siamo trovati benissimo: l'appartamento caldo , elegante e molto confortevole. Abbiamo riservato la spa alla sera dopo cena . Veramente favolosa , da provare ! Un'esperienza unica , con tre figli . Siamo riusciti a rilassarci e a goderci pienamente sia la sauna che il bagno turco ,le vasche idromassaggio, la doccia tropicale, i letti ad acqua e per finire la zona relax dove si possono preparare ottime tisane . Da provare anche la colazione servita in camera ! Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato presso la vostra struttura e sia io che mio figlio di 10 anni siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dal residence e dalla cordialità che è stata mostrata. La sig.ra Paola è stata gentilissima e attenta ad ogni esigenza e nostra richiesta dal momento che siamo arrivati a quando siamo andati via. La spa bellissima, pulita, accogliente e ottima idea la possibilità di prenotarla in esclusiva ad un ottimo prezzo. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Silene ed era bellissima, piccola e accogliente, la cucina era provvista di tutto il necessario. Non c’è un letto vero e prorio ma un divano letto. Doccia ampia e comoda. A pochi minuti dal centro paese e vicinissimo allo snow park per la gioia di mio figlio. Ottima esperienza la consiglio!!

bellissimo soggiorno in un posto incantevole. Confortevole la Spa, pulitissima e dotata di saune, bagno turco, idromassaggio e tisaneria. Apprezzabile la gentilezza e professionalità del personale. Cena nel ristorante MONT Nery. Piatti ottimi, i vini sono un pò più cari rispetto alla media. Da provare
