"I stayed at the Hampton Inn with my family on July 27. In our hurry to continue our journey, my wife accidentally left her wedding ring and diamond ring in the room. The housekeeping staff was incredibly honest and returned the rings to the front desk. The front desk staff promptly and securely mailed the rings back to our home in Canada. This is the warmest and most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The enthusiastic service and the integrity of the staff are truly commendable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future! We are extremely grateful."

"Horrible experience! The two people behind the counter an older lady and younger man were absolutely unprofessional. They sat behind the counter and talked about life and personal stuff as well as how they hated management for 5 minutes before greeting me with a Sir when I am clearly a female. The first room was locked and they then held my keys from me and walked me up to the second room. Super uncomfortable and sketchy. I never checked into room and was promised a refund which then was I would receive deposit back and I didn’t get either!! I NEVER STEPPED FOOR INTO THE HOTEL ROOM!! BEWARE!!!"
