Didn't like that tub valve let only half the water go to the shower head. To be fair, though, I didn't report it until I checked out (didn't want the trouble of changing rooms). Didn't like that all bed pillows are very soft (hard to prop up in bed). Would like a mix of some soft, some firm. Breakfast would be much better with homemade oa**eal vs instant and with some hard-boiled eggs. I liked the quick response on fixing a malfunctioning TV remote (manager replaced the sensor). Liked the room cleaners' responsiveness, friendliness.

I was not satisfied with the swimming pool supposed to be heated, the water was cold, and the spa tub was blockedoff with police tape. I was looking forward to enjoying swimming or sitting and spa tub, this did not happen! This was the reasons that I picked this hotel!

Gross, dirty, horrible!!
It took 3 try’s upon check in to get a room that the odor was tolerable. The first two rooms reeked !! The over powering stench of a LOT … of super cheap air freshener to cover up the smell of cigarettes.
Lobby furniture looks like the picked it up from a curb on trash day. Stained and very worn. Dirty stained carpets. Literal trash on shelf of closet. No hangers in closet. 4 person room with only 2 towels. One of the two beds hadn’t had the sheets changed from the previous guest. They were dirty and had hair on them from someone else. Soap dish had soap scum on it from previous guests. Bathroom sink was clogged. No cups for the in room coffee maker. Refrigerator interior was dirty. Whoever is cleaning these rooms is doing a horrible job.
DO NOT STAY HERE !!!
SLEEP IN YOUR CAR INSTEAD … it’ll be better
A dumpster would actually be better also

Solid place to stay, clean. Only complaint is the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Really not a lot to it and what they do have is subpar

Great stay. My ONLY gripe and this purely because of the purpose of this trip was the limited parking when I had my trailer hooked up. When I was through here last year on my bike they offered to let me park it under the awning so my seat would be dry the next morning. Great folks!!

Everything in the hotel was fine! Only complaint is in the marketing! We picked this location because it was pet friendly! They tell you the price of the room on the reservation request and we liked it. I assumed there might be a pet charge but there is no mention on line!! My problem was they should advertise rhe pet charge as well! I was surprised with a 50 dollar charge for an 8 hour night! That information might persuade me to stay elsewhere!

Check in was good. Keys didn’t work at first, programmed to wrong room. No problem. Everything worked as intended. Best coffee I have had in a hotel. The breakfast was very. Good. Sausage, waffles, biscuits and many other items. Refills taking place.

The location off the highway was great. Our room was ok, we couldn’t control the temp so the room was hot. I don’t recommend using the foldout sofa, it was terrible, lumpy and uncomfortable
