The Pousada was clearly designed to receive a large number of families that are visiting the Beto Carrero Park and that do not want to spend too much money. The place is very clean, the rooms are spacious and served by modern tv and air conditioning. The bed is comfortable. HOWEVER, consider the fact that the room-level I stayed in (LUXO) are all built in the same building and THEY DON'T HAVE SOUND ISOLATION. They are very noisy all night until every family decides to go to sleep. So, if you don't mind, the noise that should be alright (I know I do not). Also, the rooms are very bright and you may wake up really early - something good if you want to explore the park earlier. Breakfast is adequate - not great. It has everything you need but that's it. Nothing special. Staff is very nice and helpful. Internet is tricky and depends where your room is located. Plenty of parking space. Swimming pool is small, and the kids enjoy the little park with toys and games. Location is also good if you like a day at the beach (not the one in front, that is heavily polluted, but other in the surrounding - less that 2 minutes by car). I am not saying in the pousada anymore, because I am getting older and I want more amenities, silence, and good food. But a big family with kids may find it a good value.

Friendly people. They like to help the tourists a lot. Nice breakfast. The beach in front of the hotel is a little dirt. But in 10 minutes walk you get to a better beach.

Muito bom, poderia ter alguns ganchos no quarto para pendurar uma roupa, e brinquedos na parte coberta, para dias de chuva O de mais maravilhoso, atendimento ótimo, acesso à praia pé na areia, café ótimo, de fácil acesso as as outras praia..

O local é lindissimo e muito bem localizado pra quem vai pro beto carrero (7 min) e tem um preço super justo. Fiquei apenas um pouco agoniada com a demora na limpeza das mesas no café e encontrei um pijama e uma meia atras do meu frigobar, do hospede anterior. Rs

Hotel com aréas de lazer aconchegantes, ótima localização, ótima estrutura, café da manhã com bastante variedade, porém deixa a desejar na limpeza, principlamente dos quartos, cheguei na acomodção e já tive que solicitar a limpeza do banheiro, e mesmo assim a mesma continuou na mesma situação, se o hotel prezar pela boa limpeza dos quartos, seria um hotel execelente!

Após realizar check-in, fomos surpreendidos com a habitação repleta de formigas , onde ficou clara a falta de comprometimento com a limpeza e higiene. Na data de hoje 28/03 , saímos da habitação por volta das 09 da manhã e solicitamos a limpeza na recepção, para nossa surpresa ao retornarmos por volta das 15:40 encontramos nossa habitação sem a limpeza , sem arrumação ou seja nenhum serviço de camararia foi realizado. Ao ir a recepção solicitar ao colaborador que solicitasse a camareira via rádio uma celeridade em nosso serviço, o mesmo sem preparo algum e falta de cordialidade prontamente não atendeu ao pedido dizendo que não poderia fazer nada e que deveria os aguardar o prazo das camareiras. Entendemos que atrasos podem ocorrer , porém a recepção se negar em tentar buscar uma solicitação, ou pelo menos tentar remediar a situação, é inadmissível...

O lugar tem muito potencial , mas está mal administrado. Hotel é bem localizado , de frente pro mar e perto do Beto carreiro. Café da manhã deixa muito a desejar desorganizado. Ficamos na parte nova , quarto muito bom , só falta iluminação adequada

Minha experiência começou ruim quarto 33 horrível com cheiro de urina e ar condicionado sem funcionar. Café da manhã não tinha leite quente pedi para usar micro-ondas disseram que não podia. Minha conta no bar domingo à noite foi de $200 o funcionário lançou na maquininha $400 se não confiro o valor pagaria o dobro da conta desonestidade total. Funcionários despreparados para atender hóspedes total falta de carisma e educação. Cidade feia é abandonada pelas autoridades locais. Enfim não recomendo Navegantes, Praia de Trapiche muito menos o hotel pé na areia. Voltaria a Sana Catarina mas para ir em Balneário Camboriú. Decepção porque fomos comemorar aniversário de sobrinho e irmã.
