Great service and amazing food! Hotel is very comfortable and has lots of amenities. Heated pool was a must after a full day at the park. Also has sauna and you can book spa. Lots of kids activities and great play area with Pool table and table tennis. Also offers play area for younger kids. Staff super friendly and helpful. Hotel offer free park transfer. Great place for family stay.

Penha lacks of real Hotels, you mostly have small inss (and I´m not saying that they are not good), but if you looking for something more structured, this place is a great choice. Great Staff makes the difference for the kids, and I´ve been there on the week of Children´s day so it was packed of kids. The pool with sliders is really a differential, despite the cold weather, it was the main atttraction for kids. The outside heated pool also works well. Could be a bit bigger in my opinion, but worked really well. Food was great, many options per day and the chef was everyday checking the guests opinions and was very good to know that he really cares about what the guests are thinking about the food. Many many options of desserts. A few steps from Beto Carrero Park (10 minutes). Although the path to reach it on foot is not a good choice for those with small kids. You have to go through an improvised bridge over a small stream and there is no sidewalks to you walk on till reach the park, so you have to wak pretty near the highway. This is not a hotel fault, it´s clear the city hall should fix this asap. Anyway, they have a shuttle to hte park that is very fast as well, so you reach the park the way you feel more confortable. Rooms are spacious and well cleaned. If possible ask for a room that gives you the Beto Carreo park view. Kids loved to see the rides being tested prior the park opening and also to look at the rollercoaster loop from the hotel. Overall a place that i would recommend and come back.

Além de toda a educação e simpatia de todos do hotel, a recreação infantil é um show a parte. Fomos para ir no Beto Carrero e nos dias seguintes nosso filho se divertiu muito com todas as brincadeiras. O restaurante surpreendeu pela variedade e, no dia das mães, fizeram um jantar especial. Recomendo muito.

Hotel maravilhoso, desde a recepção, todos os funcionários extremamente cordiais e educados, principalmente o Adilson que nos auxiliou quando precisamos, com toda educação e cordialidade. A estrutura, limpeza, comida são nota 10, os quartos amplos muito limpos, cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis, toalhas muito limpas. Foram dias incríveis que passei com minha família e recomendo fortemente o hotel. Pertissimo do Parque, tem transfer para o parque em alguns horários, e fora dos horários fomos a pé, tranquilamente em 10 minutos. Voltaremos em breve !

Tudo ótimo. Foram dias incríveis. Comida sensacional. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. As opções de recreação nos deixam tranquilos e as crianças brincam até cansar. Nossa família aproveitou muito. Os tios da recreação são incríveis. Tem tudo dentro de um só lugar. Com certeza voltaremos.

Uns dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei, comida excelente, pessoal receptivo, ótima localização, atividades para a família e crianças, o pessoal da recreação ( tia biscuit, tio goma ) super divertidos e mais. Adorei, recomendo demais ❤️

Muito bom hotel! Localização ótima. Serviço de staff muito bom…..todos muito simpáticos. Único ponto que ressaltaria é a música da piscina. Muito alta e começa as 7:30 da manhã e só desligam as 11:00 da noite. Fora isso, tudo ótimo
