Great price on OTA. 100 THB parking fee will be charged for every stay if park a car over 3 hours.

Выбрали данный кондоминиум для отдыха с семьей и с друзьями. Квартиры неплохие, ремонт немного уставший, но в принципе, все необходимое для комфортной жизни есть)
Кухня с посудой, утюг, гладильная доска, фен, полотенца.
Из минусов — крайне неудобная Лейка у душа. А ещё у нас на кухне и вдоль окна маршировали муравьи, однажды оставили открытое печенье на стаде, и она его атаковали 🤯😱🥵
Но это мелочи)) пара пшиков дихлофосом сделали свое дело) дихлофос, кстати, уже был в квартире, видимо, они там частые гости)
Порадовала инфраструктура комплекса: бассейны, детская игровая комната, тренажерный зал, красивая ухоженная территория. В шаговой доступности магазины, аптеки, массажные салоны, кафе и рестораны, крупный торговый центр.
Не было никаких доп, расходов за воду/интернет/электричество. Только был депозит 1000 бат, его нам вернули в день выселения)
Если ищете квартиру за небольшие деньги — Base вам должен понравиться))
Мы остались довольны)

位置:
酒店在芭提雅熱鬧的地方，走路一小段可以去海邊，也可以到商場，附近有餐館，賣水果的攤子和711。想去walking street也可以步行多一點。總體位置是很方便的。
公寓配套:
樓上的泳池和lounge是個亮點，泳池拍照非常好，設施也還可以。樓下一樓也有沙發可以休息。
房間:
有洗衣機可以洗衣服，也有冰箱和沙發。房間夠用。拖鞋需要自帶。洗衣機在小陽台上，伸出頭可以看到海。入住和退住提前和房東微信聯繫就行，很方便。
住了三晚，總體來説這裏住性價比很高，也很方便，值得推薦。

1、經朋友推薦去的這個公寓，女老闆很熱情，有問必答，給我這次行程提了不錯的建議，很實用。
2、酒店的位置優越處於芭堤雅市中心，樓下就是各種小吃店，味道價格都很美麗，而且周圍馬殺雞，酒吧、商場很多，出行打車、步行都很便捷。
3、公寓樓頂的無邊泳池超讚，清澈的池水，人不多，夜晚一邊游泳，一邊欣賞芭堤雅的夜景，很是愜意。
我住的是海景房，可以看到芭堤雅海岸的景色，還有個不錯的小露台，可以吹吹風。總之，下次來一定要多住幾天。
