Excellent hotel and great value for money. Large room and functioning kitchen with big fridge, good bathroom, spa bath and shower, local aspect view only from L5 but still pretty private. Location is about 10 min walk to more main street activities, hotel has shuttle bus but i never used it? Excellent pool and Gym and other. Didnt eat at the hotel, but great restaurant across the road. 12 nt stay and bed was great with soft and hard pillows. Highly recommend.

the facilities look good but there are a lot of bugs on the bed and mosquitoes.
the location is not that good, no motorbike wants to come to pick up us.

Lived here for six nights. Really good hotel. Good amenities. Free shuttle to drop you local places in Pattaya. House keeping is really good. Good rates. Amazing breakfast. I got more than expected. Staff is good. Pool table, mini golf area, gym, two swimming pools and pub.

Location is ok you need a motorbike, Service pretty poor reception lady got angry, room cleaning Ok but they missed parts, Amenities are good with gym and swimming pool, nice area.
