Viel zwaar tegen. Vijfsterren, leek niet meer dan twee.
Ontbijt was volledig gericht op Aziatische gasten.
Restaurant stelde niks voor en was super duur.
Geen diensten zoals regelen van tickets voor een of andere activiteit.
De borg van 3000 bath wordt pas na 14 dagen teruggestort. Dit kan echt op dezelfde dag.
Er wordt geen alcohol geschonken.
Kon ik bij de boeking niet ergens lezen.
Het zwembad voor de kinderen was absoluut leuk.
Maar de locatie was echt veel te afgelegen.

De golf is erg populair bij kinderen. Toen ik daar woonde, was er popcorn-ijslollytaart bij het zwembad. Misschien kwam het door de weekenden? Hoewel de plaats wat afgelegen ligt, kun je binnen een paar minuten lopen al wild eten kopen.

Drie gezinnen boekten in totaal drie kamers. Mijn vrienden waren zeer tevreden. De obers waren vriendelijk en het hotel was nieuw en schoon. De kinderen gingen naar het waterpark om een middag te spelen. Het water in het waterpark was schoon en de kunstmatige golven waren leuk. De golven waren zo groot dat de kinderen het niet konden verdragen om weg te gaan. , maar het water in het overloopzwembad is een beetje troebel. Er is voldoende licht in de 1 slaapkamer en 1 woonkamer. We kunnen zien de zonsopgang op het terras in de ochtend. We rijden zelf. Het is maar een paar minuten rijden naar T21 in het stadscentrum. Elke dag voordat ze uitgaan, komen de kinderen spelen in het park buiten het hotel

First of all, this is a family-run hotel, aimed at the elderly and families with young children. There is no alcohol from the word at all in the hotel. It cannot be bought at the hotel. The nearest 7-eleven is a kilometer away and on the opposite side of the highway. There is nothing interesting within walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are great, the breakfast is great, but very boring.

Main attraction of this hotel is the "Wave" pool, playground and swimming pool. The location is not so convenient, especially now the road in front of the hotel is under construction so traffic is very bad. Luckily, hotel also provide free shuttle to Terminal 21 and the beach which is great. Price was very affordable, even for long weekend but the room was very basic. Bathroom light was very dim. Complimentary snacks and instant noodles were provided. bed was excellent, super duper comfortable and very wide. Perfect for a family to sleep together on.
Breakfast was super busy, many dishes were finished and took a long time to refill. Some were not even refilled, just removed from the line once finished.
Elevators took a very long time as we stayed on the top floor of 33rd, and it took forever just to make one trip down to ground floor.
The Wave pool was lots of fun, service all around was good. Check in and check out was speedy which was wonderful.

First time staying at this tall hotel that has a water park for the guests. Was surprise to see a small kitchenette in the unit we chose and love the view we had on the 32nd floor. Great service by the staff and the breakfast was awesome. The small funfair the hotel had on Fri and Sat were a hit with the children. Definitely worth a stay!

A very nice hotel.Lobby was quite amazing & they have complimentary coffee machine after 12pm.Staffs are very friendly & willing to help .Breakfast is good .Our room is not that big but still ok because we were there only at night time.They do have shuttle service to terminal 21pattaya which is very helpful for those who come without vehicles. Pool is good & we have free entry to wave pool .Our stay here is quite amazing.
