Hotel has nice amenities. Great and unique pool, nice gym, available pool table. Service was just fine. Our issue was with the room condition: it was really dirty with a lot of someone’s hair in each corner including the bed. There were seems-like-blood stains on walls and under tv. Bathroom floor was dirty. We asked room service to clean but no one came. At the end we changed the room but all in all they need to be renovated

I would totally recommend this place for family with young children who would love to spend the whole day in the water playing on the slides and enjoy your snacks and Meals by the pool bar. The room is big enough with a kingsize bed and it's clean. One thing you should take care of is the night lamp which is screwed to the wall just above your head. While I was lying in bed and tried to get up I hit my head once, that thing can be dangerous if you ask me.
So overall it was a very good experience to spend time there with my child. The fridge is not cold though, instead of cold it's warm 😅😅😅😅

พนักงานต้อนรับบริการแย่มากค่ะ ใช้คำพูดไม่น่ารักเลย เครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกไม่ได้รับตามที่แจ้ง เช่น รองเท้า เสื้อคลุม แปรงสีฟัน ยาสีฟัน ไม่มีตามในรีวิวของโรงแรมค่ะ แต่น้องพนักงานผู้ชายที่นำกระเป๋าไปส่งที่ห้องให้ อัธยาสัยดี ให้คำแนะนำการท่องเที่ยวดี ช่วยตอบได้หมดเลย สระว่ายน้ำกว้างขวาง อาหารโซนสระว่ายน้ำราคาและรสชาติดี พนักงานโซนสระว่ายน้ำบริการดีค่ะ

ที่ให้คะแนนรีวิวคือไม่เกินจริงกับสิ่งที่เจอมา คงไม่กลับไปพักที่นี่อีกแล้ว เหมือนอัพเกรดห้องเพื่อให้ไปเจอกับอะไรก็ไม่รู้ แต่ก็ขอบคุณผู้จัดการที่รับผิดชอบด้วยการจะให้พักฟรีอีก1คืน แต่เราไม่เอาแล้ว ขอบาย ขอให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องความสะอาดไม่ให้ลูกค้าท่านอื่นเจอเหมือนเราก็พอ

ห้องพักดี สะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ สระน้ำใหญ่และไม่ลึกมาก แต่ห้องน้ำไม่ค่อยโอเคค่ะอาบน้ำแล้วน้ำนองพื้นไม่ไหลลงท่อ เครื่องดูดอากาศในห้องน้ำเสียงดังมาก ประตูห้องน้ำล็อกไม่ได้ ตู้เย็นไม่มีความเย็น
