Check-in waited for 30 mins with no response until we have ask, staff are not proactive. Room was very small, design was not user friendly with the water sink outside the toilet next to the door. Air conditioner temperature lower degrees is 22 and cannot adjust any more confirm and checked with staff. The phone is not working to call all department to seek for assistance, the experience was very disappointing. The safety box and fridge are very tiny m

New hotel near Terminal 21 Pattaya (opposite of Grand Center Point Space). Definitely walkable to shopping Mall. Not really first tier sea view but still ok where we can see from room. Strong smell as the staff mentioned that they only opened for one week. A lot of constructions on going, even we thought that the swimming pool is ready but is not. So only took one sunset photo. Staff are quite nervous when we reached them maybe there wasn’t enough practice for them to handle😅. And the layout is really not friendly, example the hand wash sink was settled out of the bathroom. And toilet was located in the inner of showing area which is really make too much water on bathroom floor. Really don’t like this part.

It was a fabulous experience to stay In Akara hotel, the hotel is very new and some constructions are still underway. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooftop swimming pool is great with a stunning view to the beach

Is clean and new.But it is too new.That's why many facility haven't open.I hope that it will open when i come next time.
