Pathetic service staff are very rude. They don’t know service. Pathetic I will not recommend any one to visit this property. Rooms are good but galery was smelling very bad. They tell you breakfast is buffet but there is no buffet after you go to restaurant they will start preparations. And every day their rules changes with every staff. I will give -5 rating to this property.

Really awesome ***** with wonderful service. Especially service by md Amir is too good ....and surroundings are too attractive. One of the best hotels I have ever visited. Nice to be here and hope to revisit very soon... Thank you for the moment

The royal bihar hotel is the best hotel in patna The food was very tasty and yummy 😋 All staff Nikit , somi ,firoz was good in behaviour I am very happy and enjoyed here and experience was very good 👍........................................

It was a great 3 day experience staying here. The service was excellent with prompt and polite responses from both reception and house keeping. The whole stay was aided by beautiful halls for confrence and good food. Special mentions to Satyendra, Rohit, Dheeraj, Nikit, Somi for providing superb experience and support.

Awesome stay . Lajawab food nice staff Location is also good bathroom clean spa and pool is also clean mostly prefer this hotel only safe for girls and others Staff is polite they are good in all the work cleaning and reputed hotel is always my first preference

Very comfortable stay. Very humble staff. Would like to mention the name of the staff, As far who really gave excellent services. Ms Simran who really handled my check in and check out very efficiently. Overall experience was amazing during the stay

One of the best place to stay in Patna Clean and hygienic and a very courteous staff especially at the front desk and I would like to mention Ms Simran for her pleasant demeanor and positive attitude. Keep up the good work .... Best and budget friendly place
